Excellent customer service. Actually steered me to a less expensive model that fit better with my needs.

Raffi is a great CEO - the company wants to do right behind its customers and stands behind its products. A rarity to find especially for E-Com businesses

The mirror, frame, and lighting effect is nice. BUT….. the lumens are quite low and nowhere close to what they advertised.
The only way to “increase” the lumen output is to switch to a higher kelvin (5000k) model. This has a brighter effect, but only because it is a very cool light.
So, take your pick : almost adequate lumens for a bathroom mirror with cool white light OR very dim lumens with nicer, warm light.

In a world of terribly made items with no quality control, these guys are a shining bright beacon of ethics and customer service.

Mirror did come with an issue however the customer service rep took care of it.

We received our Mirror and it was beautiful. Raffi took care of us and we received our mirror in 2 days. The mirror is a show piece for sure.
Thanks again!

Amazing service over the phone, Daniel walked me through all the options. Delivery was lightning fast. Product arrived as promised in perfect condition.

The shipping box included styrofoam protectors and metal corner pieces so the mirrors were received in perfect condition. The mirrors were installed and connected to a dimmer switch for optimal lighting day and night. The size selected fit perfectly between the backsplash and window above the vanity.

We purchased 3 Galaxy medicine cabinets and had manufacturing issues with 2 of them about a year or so after installation. IBMirror not only replaced them, but was quick to send us a replacement free of charge. Great customer service and we love the products!

I will never order from here again. Mirrors were on back order for weeks. Never even got an email to confirm shipping. Moved to a new location and they couldn't ship it to the new location, though my order was placed a month ago. Still haven't received anything. Wouldn't recommend working with this company.

Love love love our new LED mirror. Beautiful product, perfect for our bathroom reno! Excellent customer service! Will def shop here again for future needs. Thank you!

We built a new home in 2025. All of our mirrors were purchased at IB Mirror, and we're very pleased with the quality of their products. Unfortunately, they have a small return window & a high shipping cost to make a return. We ordered a heated towel bowl, but our project manager told us they couldn't install it for at least a week. One week moved to two weeks, and when the electrician arrived wouldn't work on the desired wall. Which meant it needed to be returned. We had one day to return the piece, but the shipping cost was more than 1/2 the purchase cost. Making it a costly proposal, so we kept the piece and hung it in our garage. We'll use it for our wet jackets after we're outside in the Michigan snowy weather. Overall great products, great quality but make sure you don't want to make a return as it's costly!

My towel warmer works well and looks great.

We love our mirror! And customer service was wonderful. I needed to change the order and they executed the change seamlessly and didn’t even charge for the price difference.

I really like that I can call your company up and speak to a real person about any issues. I was concerned about the mirrors being too bright, but I was told to put a dimmer on it and they are amazing love love love them.

We recently completed renovating our bathroom and added an LED mirror and towel warmer. Together, they look fantastic! The warmer functions perfectly, and the lighting is both gentle and bright. I'm overjoyed with the update.

We purchased a couple of mirrors for our new home. The process was easy, the delivery was quick, and the packaging secure. The mirrors are up on the walls and look fantastic!

We installed 6 IbMirror units in our wellness center clients keep asking where we got them! The illumination and sleek design elevate the entire space.

Great customer service, prompt delivery and product as represented!

Great mirror and well packaged. Arrived on time and in great condition
