This was my first time buying from Ibottles. I wanted some small cosmetic bottles for flights. The one I chose: the lid width was fine but the neck/opening was too narrow - this one might be fine for vape liquids, but not shampoo or conditioner.

I called up and the lady I spoke with was ever so nice and immediately offered to send a different product - no charge. As a customer we cannot ask for more - mistakes will happen - whether customer selection or insufficient product detail; it's how we handle the situation that matters most. Nowadays, most retailers are so defensive and only care about profit. This firm is different and was a breathe of fresh air. Of course I will buy from them again as needed.
