I ordered from the EU warehouse. The delivery was quite quick (7 days), and the package tracking accurate. The packaging was very good, the accessories are perfect. For the first impression, the wheelset is weel built and nice looking.

I can't comment on the quality of the wheels because I have not received them.
The courier company misplaced my package, and ICAN is not doing anything about it. All I am hearing is that we have to wait, and that they understand my feelings.
They customer service was very efficient in persuading me to buy the wheels. However, when a problem happens, they won't offer any real help.

Wonderful experience ordering ICAN wheels. I had several technical questions about whether the wheels were compatible with my bike, and they were all promptly answered. After I placed the order, they checked in and let me know the status and followed up to check whether the wheels arrived on time. Peggy in particular was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Ordered a Graro frameset and one-piece handlebar. I've finished the build and the quality is excellent, no complaints at all. The ordering process was a little confusing - you can't really order online, you have to email them. But the process was quick and easy, and delivery was also faster than expected.

The one problem I had was with custom painting. There's a website where you can design your color scheme and they'll paint the frame to your design. I chose a 2-color scheme with a fade from top to bottom. After the painting was done they sent a photo of the frame, and one of the colors I had picked looked very different on the painted frame - a much darker shade than it appeared in the design tool. The other color I'd picked was fine, however. We questioned this, and ICAN said that the color was correct, and it was because we had asked for the matte finish that the color appeared darker, and they sent a picture of both the matte and gloss finish to compare. Even the gloss finish looked much darker than in the design tool. In the end I had ICAN repaint the frame (at an extra cost of $30) in a single color. The finished painted frame does look great though.

I have about 100 miles on my Aero IIs on steep, rough roads.
I bought these wheels after seeing positive reviews for ICAN wheels on YouTube. I'm glad I did.
The wheels arrived well ahead of the promised delivery date. The carbon appears perfectly fabricated, with no stray or dry fibers and a consistent finish. They're perfectly true and the bearings roll smoothly. The quality appears to be on par with my two DT Swiss carbon wheelsets, for less than half the cost. Amazing- ICAN claims 1177 gms for the pair, and on my scale, they were 1175 gms (without tape). I've had a couple of email exchanges with Peggy at ICAN and she's always answered within one day.
As I mentioned, I've knocked these around on some pretty rough roads, and so far, no issues.
It remains to be seen how well these hold up over the long haul, but so far, I'm amazed at the performance/price ratio.

Experience of ordering was great. Quality of the product fantastic. I ordered a set of the G25 SL. And was very satisfied.

After multiple good reviews I am glad I decided to go with ican. I was worried buying wheels from china but from the time I ordered they were at my house in the us in 6 days. Could not recommend them more and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from again. Also Peggy was extremely helpful throughout the entire process helping me decide which wheels I needed. Thanks again!
