Unlike virtually all of our competitors, we stock a huge selection of inventory and employ our own factory-trained technicians. We couldn't imagine selling photo ID equipment any other way. Ask your current supplier if they service their own products. Odds are they don't.

It took a longer time than I thought it…
It took a longer time than I thought it should have to get it shipped out.
The majority of the clear vertical vinyl ID holders in the box came in a box all smushed up and wrinkled. the rest were fine and were in a plastic bag and all were flat and ok.

I am incredibly disappointed with the…
I am incredibly disappointed with the support from ID Wholesaler. The delays and deferrals in getting a brand new printer repaired. And then, when I purchase a new printhead, you ship it to me instead of installing it on the printer which is at your offices for repair.
You have not resolved the issue to date and I have no idea when you will. I am likely to never do business with ID Wholesaler again.

In reviewing your account, you called your dedicated Account Manager, Mark, on Tuesday, January 7th to request his help in the repair of your PrimacyID printer’s printhead. Unfortunately, it appears that an internal miscommunication was the cause of your repaired printhead to be shipped back to you instead of being installed on your card printer.
