I placed an order on 12/12/2019 and was…
I placed an order on 12/12/2019 and was told I would receive it by 12/18/2019. It arrived after our conference was over on 12/21/2019. When I tried to call Id Wholesaler on Wednesday, 12/18/2019 I was on the phone for 30 mins trying to speak to anyone but no luck.
I have never had such a bad experience with them before. Last time I had some issues but we got it resolved. This time I have not been able to find anyone so far to help!

The packaging and item description on…
The packaging and item description on this item were very deceptive. I ordered what I thought was the correct ribbon for my brand new ID badge printer. When I installed it, a message said it was not a compatible ribbon. Even the sticker on the back of the ribbon said it was compatible.
I love the printer because it totally meets our needs, but the customer service from IDWholesaler has not been good. I now have a $100 ribbon that I can't use in my new printer and, because I have opened it, can't return it.

Unfortunately, that ribbon is designed for Zebra ZC350 ID card printers, not ZC300 printers. We understand you were confused by the image that’s featured on the product page, which is the authorized image provided to us by the manufacturer. The product description and specifications do indicate that the ribbon works with the ZC350 printer, but we recognize the image label is not specific.
