they are giving fake offers about extra margin and they don't respond when you make deposit,
iForex is cysec regulated, which means moderate leverage to reduce the unnecessary risks.
Then you are covered by the Investor compensation funds for more security.
And last buut not least the credibility of the broker is quite high in the trading community.

I was an account holder of this company. My job requirement keeps me busy and I have to move around in different parts of world. From Asia to Africa to Europe and Middle East.
My curent location is Guinea in west Africa. Iam here since 8/9 months and May be till end of year I have to stay back due to my job requirements.
I traded with them many times and withdrew money as well. My account was verified and I gave my contact details all over.
Few weeks back I deposited 300$ and again 150$ and I was getting messages and emails about bonus offer of 100% etc.
they did not allot me the bonus and instead asked my contact which I had already given. However I gave again. (I have proof of all email communication).
I contacted them on WhatsApp no. They responded after 14 hours(really wonder why they have WhatsApp contact. They can manage with post office letters if they have to take time ).5th September WhatsApp message was responded on 6th and then they did not reply my messages.there was no clear response and then I got their mail that I have to close my account and withdraw my amount because you have permanently moved to Guinea. And that we don’t operate there. Funny but i said i am here temporarily who said I have moved permanently.
Then they went ahead and closed my account without my consent within 24 hours( I have proof of email communication and will post it here ). After my email they came back to me that even if you are there temporarily we can’t allow your account to function and that we are closing it( that was kind of a threat ). My question is :-
1. I gave my contact no. Traded with you why did you suddenly unverified my account. Besides having all my documents.
2. When I deposited money why don’t you allot me bonus. If you are not operating into this country how come I can deposit and withdraw money. How are you allowing deposit from here.
3. Why you kept changing statements about my moving into here. Who told you that. Can you prove it.
4. You said in your email on 14/09 that you gave me 7 days to close my account. However as per your email dated 12/09/23 you asked me to close my positions by 12/09. Just few hours.
5. Why were you in hurry to close my account. Who is behind it. And why so hurry.
6. What would have happens if you had waited for me for 2/3 days.
7. You took my deposit of 450$ and returned just 68$. You closed my positions without my consent so you are not only liable to pay my entire deposit but also compensate me for the torture and bad handling.
Iam waiting for your response. I have all your email responses.

I created an account (10679218) at iForex broker for trading purpose and deposited $585 via skrill id. After trading and making a profit of $266, I placed a request for withdrawal of all the funds as I was in dire need of money. The iForex broker informed me through email as well as on my Account Statement that funds of $585 and $266 have been credited separately to your Skrill ID. On checking I came to know that I only received $266 whereas $585 were not credited into my Skrill ID.
I immediately contacted the live chat where I received reply that our agent will contact you soon. Then an agent contacted me and keep on telling me that funds have been credited to either your crypto wallet, things like that. I replied that how my funds can be credited to my crypto wallet when I didn't use crypto wallet to deposit funds. The agent said ok I will talk to the concerned department. After laps of 2 days, i received call from the same agent asking that whether my issue has been resolved or not. I was astonished to hear that she even didn't know this. I keep on sending emails to all of their available contacts. Also I sent email to Skrill Help Center. Then I received another call from iForex who asked me that whether I was arrested or convicted in Drug Trafficking or not, or money laundering etc. I was surprised what he was asking about.
Actually, they were not in a mood to refund my money that's why they were creating this drama. Then the Skrill team contacted iforex merchant to inquire the Transaction ID whereby the funds were deposited. As a result of that initiative, the iForex returned my money.
This broker is a scam. They will not bear you making profit or withdrawing any money from them. Moreover, the live chat is also a drama on which you will receive one reply that our agent will contact you soon. And you will have to wait long hours for their call. I will not recommend this broker to any trader. You will repent after depositing in to this broker.

Hi All, Iforex is most worst company as they will promise you for bonus and as soon you deposit they will deny and wont answer any email above this if they even add bonus when you start making profit they will remove it immediately

The promotion packages are just too attractive to pass on. It appeals to beginners, and to pros as well. I do not mean one package appeals to both, but different packages for a different group. Let us not lie to ourselves, there is no one size that fits all when it comes to trading. The needs of a novice are different from the needs of a pro.

They were doing online adverts and took on loads of people new to trading with misleading training and promises.
Like me some inevitably lost all their money and one online acquaintance seems to have killed himself after losing money he couldn't afford to lose.
Their trading software is not serious and the simulated market doesn't reflect real prices.
Save yourself the frustration and go with reputable broker instead.
I am kinda suspicious about web traders beacuse I witnessed many that are not so great.
Metaquote do have fine software, after all, so why should i replace them? however, the iforex platform is an entirely different story. they really managed to create top platform. cheers !!

The best trading company. no doubt, I truly recommended iForex to any serious trader.
as much as i belived and trusted in IForex.com when i was making all of deposit, it makes me feel sad when i realized that IForex does not close orders when the stop-loss order is exceeded. they let the loss get in the account until the margin call comes, ignoring the stop loss order. im not happy abut that. i wanted to withdraw all of my money but they wont let me for weeks now. until last week, i came across Cyphtech that provide me help with getting my portfolio from IForex. i really do not recommend the continuous use of IForex's platform. I'm pissed.

El Broker tiene una trayectoria de más de 25 años, pero mi experiencia con ellos no fue muy buena y perdí 500 dólares; aunque, reconozco que ellos ya avisan que no se hacen responsables de las inversiones.
Me sucedió que puse Operaciones según las sugerencias en fotos que ellos dan sobre los análisis técnicos de la página de Trading Central; pero curiosamente cuando estaba empezando a ganar me empezaron a cambiar las fotos del análisis en unos minutos del mismo día y perdí todo.
También me sucedió que dejé 2 Operaciones a largo plazo en Oro y Plata; pero cuando la plata llegó al precio que puse, cuando fui a buscar mis ganancias no había nada, ya que las dos Operaciones se cerraron de forma automática.
Según ellos fue por falta de Equidad que las Operaciones se cerraron de esa forma, pero suponía que el Margen utilizado en cada Operación debería ser suficiente para cubrir la Operación sin usar la Equidad disponible.
Pero nada, esta experiencia me sirvió para hacer mejores inversiones en otro Broker que no cambia el Spread a gusto conveniencia y que paga las ganancias el mismo día que se solicita el retiro.

iforex is very good & trustworthy broker. They provide lot of trading instruments than any other broker. Also the spread is reasonable. On top of that, customer care is good. Account manager helps & responds properly. yet, their platform is OK OK. But compared to other factors, this point is negligible.
Customer service always responsive via phone, which for me is very much important, i don't use emails or whatsapp oftetnly...
I don't know about the android version, but the iOS app works perfectly. Never got stuck for me and I've been using it for over 4 months now...
I’m not a very serious trader and a friend told me to start with them, I think it works good, have to learn more about trading
Trading with iforex has been one of the worst experiences of my life. They are frauds and will cheat you of your money after a couple of trades. Most brokers give a "no deposit bonus" of up to $2000 or they give 30-100% trading bonus for every deposit you make in the account.
iforex gives less than 5% trading bonus in spite of promising a higher bonus before opening the account. The worst part, they close your deals when they see a small negative margin of 0 in your account (This made me lose over $25,000 which was in the account) My deposits could have been protected had they honoured the promised bonus which would take care of intraday movements.
Clearly fraudulent practices - not at all ethical and competitive in the market.
iforex closed my deals twice without a reason and re-instated after contacting them ( very distressing especially when they do not answer your calls/emails most of the time) claiming there was a technical glitch. Very clever!!
All the while the India account manager was unavailable to help.
What disgusts me the most is that their phone numbers ring but nobody receives the calls. Even their international numbers do not work. They do not have chat support or staff responding to emails sent to them. In an emergency, you are left in the lurch.
My account manager Mr. Ariyal gives his phone number which is out of service but calls you if he pleases to do so after receiving an email. This is dangerous when you have invested your hard-earned money and find the contacts are not responding when there is a problem. Please stay away.

Ho 100 euro bloccati li, invio di documenti più volte fatti (ah l'identà va approvata in un ufficio in Ungheria o mandando copia autentificata da un pubblico ufficiale, cosa antiquata dal momento che basta una autocertificazione) sconsiglio vivamente di usare questa app di me@da. Sistema si leveraggio basso! Palesemente una truffa, anche in seguito alla risposta qui non ho ricevuto conferma di nulla! Infam-
