Scam. They won't acknowledge your complaint. I orders 2rakhi packs from my daughter who is 1.5 to her brother who is 3 and 7in India and only one reached. When I questioned they asked for proof to which I have already provided the video evidence of delivery we were not aware something like this would happen hence we didn't think of taking pictures and our complaint is not even considered due to this reason. And I am customer who never asked for a refund I wanted to know if there is a delay or logistics mistake. Customer care pathetic.

Extremely disappointed — Ruined the occasion & missing refund

What is the point of a gifting platform if it cannot deliver time-sensitive festival orders? I ordered a Rakhi for Raksha Bandhan (Aug 27th), and it got delivered 3 days late on Aug 30th, completely defeating the entire purpose of the gift.

To make matters worse, I also paid ₹600–₹700 for Baklava which was never properly addressed, and the refund is nowhere to be found. Reaching customer support is impossible—there is only an automated chatbot that runs in circles with no option to speak to an actual human representative. Highly unprofessional service and zero accountability. Never ordering again.

Fraudulent app. I ordered for my son's birthday. Order status shows delivered but it was not delivered. No customer care number for immediate assistance.
Fake app to take money. Instead better to purchase outside. They don't even respond to emails and show the proof of delivery. No refund nothing. Fraud app

⭐️ Very Disappointing Experience

I ordered a customized Rakhi from IGP for around ₹1,100 on 21st August. At the time of placing the order, the delivery date was shown as 25th August. However, the Rakhi was not delivered even by 28th August, which was after Raksha Bandhan.

Since it was a Raksha Bandhan-specific customized product, receiving it after the festival completely defeated the purpose of the order. The delivery commitment was not fulfilled, which was extremely disappointing, especially considering the price paid.

What made the experience even worse was the complete lack of customer support. It was almost impossible to get in touch with them. Even through their WhatsApp chat, after requesting to speak with an advisor, I had to wait hours for a response. And when someone finally responded, my actual query was not properly addressed and the chat was closed shortly afterwards.

I expected much better service, especially for a time-sensitive festival order. Unfortunately, both the delivery and customer support were extremely disappointing.

Very disappointed with this purchase and would not recommend ordering festival-specific customized products from IGP.

I had a very disappointing experience with IGP. The wrong Rakhi was sent due to an error on IGP’s side. I had ordered a Brother-Bhabhi Rakhi, but my brother received the wrong Rakhi. I contacted customer service multiple times and simply asked them to send the correct Rakhi that I had originally ordered.

I clearly told them 4–5 times through emails and chats that I did NOT want a 10% wallet credit or compensation. I just wanted the correct Rakhi. Instead of making a simple and reasonable decision to correct their mistake, customer service kept repeating the same apology and offering the same 10% credit.

What disappointed me the most is the complete lack of empathy. You sell products specifically for festivals and family occasions that have a lot of emotional meaning, yet the customer service response felt completely robotic and disconnected from the situation.

A Rakhi is not just another product. It is something we send to our brother and bhabhi with love, especially when we are living far away. Because of IGP’s mistake and the way customer service handled it, my Rakhi celebration was completely spoiled.

I did not need a discount, wallet credit, or another scripted apology. I needed someone to simply take responsibility and send the Brother-Bhabhi Rakhi that I had actually ordered or something similar.

Ordered Rakhi’s 2 weeks before delivery date. It was supposed to be for 25 August which is 2 days before Rakhi. 2 days past Rakhi and no idea what they did with my order. I ordered from UK to Delhi. No sign of my delivery. No offer for refund. No reason given I’ve been using this company for many years. This was the last time. Customer service is awful- do not recommend!!

i ordered rakhi package i was given the time slots and options to deliver on 27th August.. today is end of day 30th.. still shows preparing order.. i have tried to reach out through whatsapp every single day multiple times no response.. emailed twice no response.. took my money.. festival is past 2 days already and no delivery!!!

Ordered Rakhis on 21/07/2026 and delivery date requested was 13/08/2026. Didn’t get delivered yet. Contacted the customer support services via WhatsApp. Agents did nothing and ended the chats without resolving any issues. It’s 29/08/2026 today, nothing has been delivered yet and as the Rakhi has just gone past, the company is not refunding the money as well.

Very bad service and no customer service. Sent a Rakhi to USA and it is not delivered. There is no way to contact them besides the chat bot which doesn’t reply either. 😔

My order (order id : 19614973) the sum of 2350 rupees is not at all delivered which is ought to be delivered on 27th of August and still showing being prepared till today and I texted ,called and emailed them many times…It was supposed to reach my brother for Rakshabandhan but it didn’t which is not only disappointing but utterly frustrating because of the poor customer service no refund or response .I kindly ask for the refund of my money .

I ordered a rakhi well in advance for delivery to the US for my brother. However, they failed to deliver it on time. Today is Rakshabandhan, and the rakhi still hasn't arrived. I will never use IGP AGAIN, as their service might ruin the next occasion too. I deserve refund.

Very disappointed with IGP’s service. I ordered a Rakhi gift to India and paid in full. It was supposed to be dispatched on 27 August, but it still hasn’t been delivered.

Rakhi has already passed, so the gift has lost its purpose. What’s the point of promising delivery if you can’t dispatch the order on time? This delay is unacceptable, and I won’t be using IGP again. And they gave something 5% cash back every order mentioned in website charge aud $ but cash back Indian rupees really disappointed
