They used slurs & horrible customer service

Jag handlade present online till min son på rean för flera tusen. Leveransen dröjde, jag mailade webstore iittala men de bemödade sig inte med att svara. Efter flera veckor fick jag veta att mina varor skickats i retur till Iittala av okänd anledning. Jag fick aldrig någon avisering. Iittala ville inte skicka tillbaka mitt paket till mig utan betalar tillbaka och det tar flera veckor att få mina pengar. Uselt att jag som kund ska behöva ta smällen! Aldrig mer Iittala!

Iittalan verkkokauppa ei välttämättä toimita tilattuja tuotteita, vaan ilmoittaa jonkin ajan kuluttua tilauksesta, että tilattua tavaraa ei löydykään verkkokaupan varastosta. Iso pettymys.

Binnen 2 jaar gebruik door 1 persoon (dus absoluut niet intensief) slijtageplekjes op alle borden en grote kommen. Alleen de kleine kommen (doorsnee 15 cm) lijken een dikkere glazuurlaag te hebben en zijn nog als nieuw.
De belofte: "voor dagelijks gebruik”, “zijn ervoor gemaakt om dag in, dag uit, generaties lang….." wordt absoluut niet waargemaakt!
Reactie Iitala: borden mag je niet stapelen....... !

Tilasin Iittalan raami laseja kolme pakettia ja yhden paketin lasi oli pirstaleina ja toinen naarmuuntunut… lasin siruja oli posti paketti täynnä, nyt myös kädet ja pöytä myös…

Köpe mumin Finnair muggen on line och varöverlyckligt hela dagen. Såg imorse att order var annulerad pga "tekniskt fel". Jag har köpt mumin muggar i alla år, men nu är jag så besviken. Vill inte spendera en enda öre på iittala /arabia/Finnair resten av livet! Det här är otroligt fullt och elak!!!!!!

We bought a faulty Iittala product on holiday. They did not respond to request for replacement. Nice products overall, but not great customer support.

No contact with support, does not answer mail.

The delivery system is a mess,
First the send it to a DPD store that was closed since a long time.
They send it back to Finland..
Later it was send without letting me know to another adress.
I did my research and was just in time to pick it up.
I fortunately half off items where broke/kaput I guess all going back and forwards.
They offered to send the missing items again.
And now again to the same shop which was closed!
So I lost track of that parcel again.
Contacted customer service through mai ( only way) and haven’t heard since. I guess they are getting tired of the whole thing ?
Me too. Never ever again this easy online shopping , I will treat my self on going to a real store . Still love the brand ❤️but please …

Laadukasta Iittala-tavaraa. Hintataso ok Suomessa valmistetulle lasille, mutta Thaikuissa valetut mukit pahasti ylihintaisia halpoihin hikipajan valmistuskuluihin nähden. Tarjouskampanjoissa voi löytyä hyviä diilejä. Toimitukset eivät nopeimmasta päästä (1-2 pv mennyt, ennenkuin lähetetään), mutta ovat kyllä ehjänä perille tulleet. Nopeammalla toimituksella saisi täydet 5 tähteä (0-1 pv).

Black friday tilauksen tulo kesti liian kauan. Ja osa tavaroista jäi toimittamatta. Asiakaspalvelu erittäin hidas. Kaksi viestiä laitettu, ilmeisesti heillä ei ole motivaatio kovin korkealla.
Erittäin harhaanjohtavaa myydä tuotteita, joita ei todellisuudessa olekkaan!

Made an order from the Iittala website during the Black week offer period
My bank account has been charged for the order, but no email confirmation received. Customer support have not responded with any explanation or refund.
My advice is AVOID;

- Avoid purchasing from the official website, their prices are more expensive than other sites.
- Customer support is poor...... they are unable to understand your problem.
- Their Website is DYSFUNCTIONAL.
- For buyers outside the EU: watch out, they gonna charge you the Finnish VAT 24%, and over this price, you gonna be taxed again once you import your goods to your country!

Nice design but the product came with faults in the form of bubbles in the glass. When I tried to return it, they said that a certain amount of bubbles is allowed by regulation but they would exchange it for me which was nice. However, I would expect that for the price they charge, they go beyond the required minimum and not sell products with visible faults. I requested an exchange to which they said they would send a courier to pick it up but it never arrived. I decided not to chase and instead kept the vase as it was getting to be a hassle to deal with a return. They never followed up. I really like the design and aesthetic but was dissappointed by the whole experience and wouldn't shop there again.
