great business idea, however for customers that expect this item to arrive in timely manner this is awful. I'm in 3rd week now since i ordered my iPhone screen protector. Item is still in Frankfurt it seems...If i need an item from China i will order myself from Alibaba...i bet will come faster

Cosmin, all the processes went very smoothly. You set the order on Friday, then we shipped your order within two working days. And we offered the trucking number immediately.
Dear Cosmin, the shipping method you selected on our online shop has mentioned that the order wiould be arrived within 15 working days. And it do arrived at your shipping address in 12 working days. We know it's a little bit slow, because usually it will only take 5 to 8 working days to arrive at America and its neighboring countries. For any shipping which takes long time, we will keep attention to the shipping information. Because we also hope our customers get the parcel as soon as possible.
The trucking information showed that your were not available while delivery. I e-mailed you at once.
Really hope you can understand that we care your feeling very much, and we had done all we can do to support you.

I'm very pleased with the products I bought (basic speaker & classic speaker). Both are of excellent quality and well above my expectations for the price paid.
Delivery process was flawless (I'm a EU resident and received my parcel within days) and costumer care was of 5-star quality (thanks Alisa for the great support & follow-up!).
There is no doubt about it, I'll definitely come again!
Very satisfied with my purchase and product, packaging was top notch I was impress,shipping was a little disappointing,took too long with not much up to date tracking information had to send couple e-mails to find out what was the problem but was happy to get response from Imikoko. Product has a nice feel and finish fits great and doesn't look like there's an additional screen on the the phone, a little tricky to install but once done it really compliment the phone and give you that peace of mind that you have protected your expensive investment I'll even add that I think it's the best full coverage protective tempered glass screen on the market presently, Highly recommended.

This is my very first tempered scree protector. This product fits as expected. This is a very great product. It was easy to install and it seems to be holding up. It protects very good.
