Very courteous and smiling staff at Newbury. Wash was quick and efficient. Only ask would be to add a board with details at the start of the entry lane instead of keeping only on board before entry to the wash. Rest all is good. Thanks

Not good service need some professionalism
They laughed and criticised the look of my car just because of how dirty it was and they don’t know this but I have really bad anxiety so I don’t pay nearly £20 just to be criticised and laughed at

Friendly staff, but machine stopped half way through wasning my Mini Clubman, so I had to open the window to talk to the operator who was trying to get it going again, so ended up with quite a lot of water inside the car.....not had that probelem previously, so hopefully a one off and next time will be a five star experience!

Nice guys, however... It needs cleaning and it needs updating. It feels very dated now, things don't seem to work quite how they should, for example the Ceramic XTR or other coatings seem to flow lazily out of the pipes and do not fully cover the car for example. Please update/clean and refresh it as this was my favourite car wash and now it's slipping into a rough and poor looking car wash. It's making me hesitate to use it as I've recently got a brand new car and the car wash has stopped numerous times while cleaning my car, including the brushes getting stuck on the front and me having to reverse with two of the guys in the car wash to get them off of my car.

First time going there and the fellas…
First time going there and the fellas working there were really helpful showing me what I needed to do (I was making it more complicated than it is, it’s actually really simple)
I only got a £9 wash but my car looks amazing. The wash down of the wheels and windscreen before the conveyor belt wash made a massive difference as those are the bits that usually don’t get properly cleaned at ordinary car washes. I am so happy with how clean my car is now, I won’t be using a run of the mill car wash again.

A shiny new quick car wash
A shiny new quick car wash. The app works well but the system still needs staff to initially clean your car before going through the washer. Happy with results but top programmes are expensive.
