Very happy every time I visit this car wash

Always polite and courteous.
Good prewash service

Lovely manners very patient

Quick pay scan qr code on fence but assistants didn't recognise id paid already and standing there with his card reader trying to get me to pay again .
Would have been better if someone that worked there understood letters as well as numbers .
Paid for ceramic coating at £19.95 on app but it's £21 without scanning quick pay code on the fence .
The wash was busy but by the time the none English speaking people had been persuaded that I had used quick pay and already payed the wash in front was empty but the Que behind was growing fast .
Puts me off going again .

I like the convenience, using the app and pre-paying, my car is washed relatively well and I tend to go for the Ultra HD cycle, they have decent offers that bring the price down for each wash! But, the last few washes the dryer that moves over the profile of the car isn't working, so I'm paying the usual price and not getting the same results, I have to go home and dry a lot of the car off myself. I've emailed IMO, twice, but they don't respond! I've asked how long it's going to be before it's repaired, but staff haven't a clue, so sadly that's why it only gets 3 star review, if I had the choice of 2.5 stars it would be that because some times we're still paying full price and not getting the best results.

Half the jets aren't working to spray on the products. The dryer no longer drops down to dry off the car. The door mirrors were left dripping so when driving the drips splashed on to the doors leaving water marks!

The machine broke down half way through and then bent my kerb side door mirror. Also you don’t filter the lime out of the water and the car gets streaks over it.

Not happy with service, took my car in and paid for the top wash, drove home when coming out the wash, when I got home the car had smears all over the car and all across the bonnet and the side of the car door and wing was bird poo which hadn’t even been touched.
This was the worst car wash I have ever had on any car I’ve owned. There should be a little more care to detail taken by staff than just take the money and expect the car wash to do everything.

Wasn't the best of cleans but did the job. Hand wash was at a minimal and the dryer not very effective

I came out of car wash after paying for the Full HD and there was marks and dirt still on my car. When I alerted the car cleaner guy to it, he completely dismissed me. Very disappointed

Car wash standard as always, I bought the HD package online, just as I was going towards the first car wash roller I noticed the board had Total Wax highlighted. I made the attendant aware but they couldn’t/wouldn’t change it.
After the cycle I spoke with the attendant and he gave me £4 for the difference. So resolution was fine, but obviously my car didn’t get the protection from the HD wax I’d wanted.

I paid via the app, washing attandant was adamant thst i only purchased the £2 off and had to pay again even though i had stated i have already paid and showed him my online banking but he kept saying no i need to pay still 🤦‍♂️ my partner did the same thing but was then thrown a refund at her and said yes she had paid... they need to speak and understand better English

Always friendly staff, take the time to wash your car before you even go through the car wash. Very efficient and never have to wait long.

My 6 week old car was scratched in 14 places following a car wash with this company. I have been given the run around...wrong form, manager on holiday, etc and still have heard nothing about compensation to get the m all fixed back to "new". Terrible customer service.
