Person was fine
But after being through car wash still had bird crap on side and roof of car

Now I'm confident with the procedure I find it easy enough to go through.
It wasn't very busy so for the 1st time I did the code at the entrance on my phone which says " pay & save time on the app" as there was no one behind me I did this. Well, that was a mistake, I drove in & no one came to do my pre-wash & it seemed like I waited ages for anyone to come . Usually someone takes my money & starts immediately. This was very annoying as it was a very hot day & I had a young grandchild with me.
Usually good but this was disappointing.

The car wash stopped whilst I and another two cars were in it. The guy running the place came up and pulled open the rollers and walked off, it started and stopped again and then he came to my car gesturing wildly and shouting at me not to brake. I wound my window down to ask what he was talking about and he just yelled ‘stop braking’ at me again and walked off. I was not braking. My engine was in neutral. It was really quite intimidating as a woman on my own and I won’t be going back.
On top of all that, the top of my car still has bird muck on it - probably as it was missed when the rollers stopped.

Turned up. 4 cars in front of me but still done in under 10 mins. Ideal when you're in a hurry & want a quick wash & wax. Online Quick pay was easy to use & a discounted price.

First time here , so not sure how things worked ! Paid on line and I don't think attendant liked that . Kept on saying they accept cash or card but online I got a reduction. Had the triple bubble which did a good job on my dirty car . Would use there again but to keep staff happy pay cash or card.

I have been using this car wash for many years, the man at the front who is usually there has a bad attitude does not want to help you use the app or explain prices seems annoyed if you speak to him.

Always friendly and helpful

The app is more reliable these days and regular special offers and loyalty rewards make it more affordable. Quick and convenient, and fun for the kids.

Had the Ultra HD wash. My wheels were far from clean and it barely dried my van. Not worth the money, better off with a £7.50 wash at Sainsbury's.

There was still bug splat all over my windows and bird poo on the bodywork. I usually have a great experience here buy not this time. At half the price the hand wash down the road is where I will go next time 😞

Friendly staff, the car always comes out shiny and looking good. The option for free vacuuming is always offered too. I always feel welcome at this branch of car wash in Lancing.

Asked for a rain guard wash and was told that the ‘lights were faulty and only showed triple foam’. Naturally I then asked for a Triple Foam wash instead which he protested but I insisted.

He then told me that the card machine was also faulty. So I gave him £10 in cash for an £8.50 transaction.

He then took the card machine to the car behind me.

I had to shout to get his attention and ask for my change to which he said ‘what change?’ I was very firm in reminding him I gave him £10 and he reluctantly gave me my change.

I’ve used this car wash for years, never again though!

car wash was v good and quick but by using a 12 month qualifying wash i only got 5 stamps on my rewards card for the year which were removed when i took out another year not good!!!

Great wash, so convenient with an excellent result!
