So so - it was better than the time before.

The time before with some younger lads, they put hardly any soap on my front wheels, so they did not come up clean.

This time I asked them specifically to make sure the front wheels were done (to an older guy). Which he did - and the wheels were better, nearly clean.

However the guy made sure to point out that the wheels weren't in good condition - of course they aren't, it is an old car. But they can still be clean. I thought that was rude.

Fabulous staff, easy to pay by card or app, and a great car wash. What else do I need ?!

I don’t usually attend this branch (and discovered the one more local to us is better) but was in the area so stopped in - wish I hadn’t. They were miserable and dismissive. Car and windows were NOT cleaned, and that was after ‘HD ultra wash and wax’. The young lad cleaning the windscreen looked like he didn’t want to be there and missed the driver’s side completely (most important bit surely???) The gent who cleaned the wheels and grill/bumpers did a better job, but still miserable as sin. So, having spent nearly £15, and been polite to them all, you would think it would be sparkling all over! It wasn’t!
It still had mud, birds mess and dead insects on. My local BP drive through car wash cleans better than that! And our local (IMO) hand wash crew are way better - and more polite.
Overall, I was not impressed, so will use my local IMO or another local hand car wash provider instead.

A bit pricey but friendly staff and it gets the job done.

Paid £21 for what was supposed to be best wash. On arriving home, some distance from car wash, looks like the whole back of car has been missed. Wong be back.

The process was quick and trouble free, although one of the rotating washing brushes on the right hand side wasn't working. The internet signal there is poor and it sometimes takes a little time to pay when using the app.

I tried IMO Car Wash expecting the car to come out properly clean, but the result was disappointing. The wash removed loose dust and some light surface dirt, yet the car still looked noticeably dirty afterward, especially around the lower doors, rear bumper, and wheel areas.

The biggest issue is that the wash seems designed more for speed than for an actual deep clean. It works fine if the car only has a thin layer of dust, but it struggles with road grime, traffic film, and stubborn dirt that builds up during normal driving. After the wash, there was still a dull grey film on the paint, making the car look only slightly better than before.

Another problem is inconsistency. Sometimes the brushes and chemicals seem effective, but other times the finish looks rushed, with patches of dirt left behind. The drying stage also doesn’t help much because remaining grime becomes more visible once the water dries.

For a quick and cheap rinse, IMO is acceptable. But if you want your car to actually look properly clean, especially after motorway driving or bad weather, a hand wash or detailing service gives much better results. Overall, it feels more like a “dust removal service” than a true car wash.

Windows weren’t cleaned before hand just a quick brush over which had fully dried before going in. Windows still had bugs on them. Half the roller cleaners weren’t working

Good washing please they removed the moving drier that gave anxiety thinking the drier will not raise up in time

The people who run the car wash are very friendly and always helpful. Using the app is a helpful way to pay.

Car wash was ok.
Just don’t get when the attendant has put the soap on the front window and then points at you to move forward but you can’t see.

Love this car wash. You can pay via QR code or in person. They jet-wash your car before it goes through the automated wash to ensure all the bird poo etc comes off. Sometimes there is a line but it moves fairly quickly. I found leaving my car in neutral a bit strange at first, but once you are used to it, it is a very simple process. Price is similar to a regular automated car wash, so I think it provides good value.

The side brushes fail to operate correctly, therefore my car was not cleaned. The operative I pointed this out to, said I could take my car through again, but as the brushes were not working, and apparently had not been working for three days, there seemed little point. Asked for a refund which was declined. Very very disappointed
