The car wash and staffing are always excellent. I would have given five stars if the QR code registration had been easier and faster yesterday, as I was waiting in the queue and it was all a bit rushed -- texting while driving forward at the same time and anxious not to hold-up the line. The 5% discount for online payment is a nice touch thank you.

Considering it was the end of the day, the man still let me get my car washed, very friendly and chatty after being at work all day on a very hot day was a pleasure and my car looks amsome

Friendly staff who tackled a car caked in old dried mud. They took the time to work out how to get the car onto the conveyor belt as I hadn't a clue

Pleasant and helpful staff and a very good but gentle car wash.

Went to mu local Imo at 1715 on a Thursday afternoon and was cleaning down to close up,but not supposed to close until 1830

Really well run car wash. Always gets the worse off first before entering the car wash and is very friendly directing you onto the convey.

No nonsense drive through car wash. Purchased an online wash so just had QR code scanned by friendly efficient operative. Lovely clean car at the end with all pollen etc washed and cleaned off.

Carwash looked brilliant and being able to pay via QR code in the queue was great. After paying I was approached by a young member of staff and told I couldn't use the car wash as we had a roof rack. I have never taken my roof rack off for a car wash including others operated by IMO. I told him there was no mention of this restriction on the website and or signage at the carwash and he shrugged and told me the company was "pretty rubbish". I asked if the manager was available and he said the manager never showed up and was also pretty rubbish. All in all a very poor experience from a company I have used countless times (first time at this branch - St Austell). No clarity and awful comms.

Wheels were hardly touched, needs a better allow wheel cleaner
