Your staff are very rude, and I personally will never use the carwash in St neots again!
Have had to claim via PayPal to get a refund

Best car wash around. Easy to pay on the app. Guys are friendly and they do a good job with the jest was before car goes through the wash

A great car wash but not always the same
A great car wash, quick, thorough, and leaves the car looking like new. However, the front end is manual and it depends on the person employed on the day. Sometimes they give the car a disinterested quick spray over, other days a more thorough treatment with a pre wash, a soft brush and a pressure wash! I have also had a time when the HD Solution paid for was not working. I went back to complain and was told everything was ok and that I couldn't go again. At the same time I watched another employee climbing all over the equipment trying to get it going or filling it up while the car that was behind mine waited for the fix!!

Triple Foam Pre-wash is inadequate
Pre-wash of Triple Foam clean is inadequate, after returning home I noticed that there was quite a lot of dirt still on the car. I can only assume this was due to the pressure wash (pre-clean) was the reason.
