The short guy who served me was completely incompetent and rude, didn’t jet wash wheels as normally done, and was rude and arrogant when directing me into the wash, this shocked me as the experience with IMO up to this point was excellent.

Broken drier
Staff were lovely. App is great. But the drier was not working so my car is all streaky. There was no pre-warning of this and no price reduction. Am unlikely to use this IMO branch again.

Sehr guter Service
Ein sehr netter Herr empfing uns und wies uns sofort daraufhin, dass wahrscheinlich nicht alles sauber wird. Dennoch wurde durch die Waschanlage der meiste Schmutz entfernt und nicht nur verwischt. Saugen kostenlos ohne Probleme möglich und vor allem leistungsstark. Trotz gestiegener Preise zu empfehlen

Komfortable Bezahlung per 2D Code und Handy. Auto war nicht ganz sauber, Reste von Insekten am Stoßfänger. Aber die Staubsauger Plätze sind 1a mit Druckluft und kostenlos.

Guys always work hard wipe your car down and can see there very respecful and have a duty of care for the business there a very valuable commodity, you can pay via card after a wash., I’m gonna try the valet next time.
