Good Variety, some design dupport would be helpful
I liked the options and types of awards available. I disliked the fact that I had to do all the grunt work for designing the award face. The said 'designer' apparently had to just share mock ups of the specifications I shared, no expertise or recommendations as such. Quite disappointed in that bit. Otherwise, delivery, quality and variety wise I am happy. Edit1 : Maybe my point did not get through. The designer did share one design which did not appeal to me, so I was expecting a few more recommendations which never came. If every recommendation is getting counted as an edit and then will be charged for, there should be some standard designs shared beforehand to choose from. Otherwise, it does not seem like a fair deal. Especially when I ordered 10+ trophies for corporate usage.

Dear Shilpa, Thank you for your review. Our expert artwork team did adjust and amend your artwork you provided to us with 6x proofs, 4x of these would normally be charged for as per our terms at £9.99 per proof but we did not charge any extra for you. This order was also an express delivery which we do not offer on this product as per the website listing, but we were able to rush this through for you. We are very pleased that you have ordered again and if you have any further issues please let us know as we are always looking to improve our service and communication.

Incorrect Order
My order was sent in good time. However, it was incorrect. They were prompt in dealing with my order and sent it again, next day delivery. The order was sent but it was incorrect again. This was at the weekend, nothing was done for 3 days. Finally, my order was correct!
I’m pleased with the quality but having a week delay to prepare 150 medals and 70 trophies is not good.

Hi Wendy,
Thank you for your review, I am sorry that two sets of inserts were sent wrong, the second time was lack of communication as members of staff were off and did not know you asked for a gold background, this is why we do ask for ready to go artwork, we am now aware that you have the logo ready to go as we have created this for you and sent this over, so this will now improve mistakes happening.
We hope that you still trust that we can fulfil your future orders. Kind regards, Customer Servides
