I’ve been using this hair extensions brand for around 4 years now, and they have never once let me down. The quality of the hair is consistently amazing — soft, silky, and long-lasting, even after multiple washes and styling. You can really tell the difference compared to other brands I’ve tried in the past.
Their customer service is also outstanding! The team is always so friendly, quick to respond, and genuinely cares about making sure you’re happy with your order. It’s rare to find a company that maintains such high standards over time, but they absolutely do.
On top of that, the delivery time is super fast — my orders always arrive quickly and well-packaged. It’s clear they take pride in every part of the experience from start to finish.
I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else for my extensions. If you’re looking for quality hair and reliable service, I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I started with them in 2023.
My hair so weak and damaged.
Laura is the BEST hairdresser in the UK.
I have lived in every major city in the uk and have been with over 100 hair dressers.
She has the best quality extensions. The blondes don’t even shed.
She is the best hair fitter with the cleanest technique I have ever seen.
It’s 2025 now and I don’t need extensions and my hair….
Well it’s like extensions.
If I lived in the UK still I wouldn’t ever deviate from her hair care products, appointments and styling. She is the best of the best.

I brought the Russian hair but it seemed to die a lot quicker then the Brazilian hair , the Brazilian hair lasts a lot longer first couple batches were amazing but I switched to euro because the last batch was very rough and hard to brush , I'm worried as not a lot of places stock the length I buy and I want to buy again but don't want same problems

2 wefts and pack of nanos
I ordered 2 wefts and a pack of nanos, and got a call a few hours later to say they don’t have the shade of one of the wefts I bought in stock so had to swap to a different shade.. I think if something isn’t in stock maybe say it’s sold out on the website? However, hair is thick root to tip and very little shedding. Can dry out quite quickly but could be resolved with daily oil..

Good customer service, friendly
Ordered from this company before and the hair was great. so I tried it again and unfortunately the hair was of really bad quality, shedding, stringy, and knotting together. I notified them about these issues and they got back to me asap and replaced me with new hair. I have only just had the new hair fitted so will keep an update! But you can’t fault their customer service! They was super friendly and got the issue resolved quick.

Worst hair I’ve ever received
Worst hair I’ve ever received, from the day it was fitted sheds so bad! Was supposed to be 200g felt no more than 150g and now feels like 100g
I dread washing my hair as the hair feels like gum when wet I have never had this before in extensions with any brand, I tried this brand (weft and 50g nanos) on myself to trail as a back up brand for clients thinking this brand would be better than what I am currently using as it is more expensive and safe to say I am extremely unhappy with the quality I don’t even have to brush it and theirs hairs everywhere! I’ve been wearing extensions for years and tried multiple brands and never had this issue! I wasn’t even going to leave a review but this hair is terrible!
What makes it more annoying I’ve never went without extensions to even send them back which I shouldn’t have to do after spending £500
