Terrible customer service and stock availability. Customer service are unwilling to help with returns, sourcing stock and their stores and online team do not communicate with each other. Disappointing and refuse to acknowledge any wrong-doing from their staff's mistakes and behaviour. Be aware — If you return an online order in-store the credit is only available in-store, something no a single staff member communicated at the time of return. I've just wasted $300 because they don't have the items I want in-store and have no idea about their own re-stocking. Would not recommend unless you want a big run-around.

Completed my first online order, which included a 10% WELCOME discount. Ordered 3 items in the same colour. One of them didn’t colour match the other two. Returned the mismatched item to a store and opted to swap it out for a different colour. I was forced to pay back the 10% WELCOME discount. Contacted customer service. They’ve offered me a $20 online voucher. Their website charges $10 for delivery for orders under $100. So to avail of the $20 voucher, I must spend an additional $80. They refuse to just refund what I’m owed.

My daughter bought me a tracksuit in a XXL size despite the size the garment was too big around the shoulders but extremely tight around the midsection. the pants were simply too large on the waist and too long. I came to the store to get a refund but was told no refunds as a store policy. ACL protection allows me this protection. they will only offer a stor credit which is of no value to me as none of their items suit my body shape. despite this, out of 5 sales assistants here on the day, not one of them offered me a solution by finding something that fits, infact I was told that my body shape doesn't suit thier cut and design. Fairtrading claim initiated. Please beware of this contrary and questionable policy.

At Least currently, If you purchase something from their website, there is no way to get a full refund. If you return it by post they charge you $10.99 and if you take it to one of their stores you can only get store credit or exchange it.

Fantastic instore and online experience every time. I have purchased both at the Pitt St store and online without any hassle. Love this brand.
