The TEV tester did not come with the…
The TEV tester did not come with the software. We were unable to resolve this with Sunbelt and had to speak to the tester manufacturer who provided us with the software and a user license so we could download the test results. This took a day and a half to resolve. Not good when we are paying hire charges per week. On a positive the test kit was an excellent bit of kit once we got it working.

Overall an easy process
Order arrived a day late, not really a big deal though. On finishing I emailed the recommended address to be told I’d emailed the wrong one. I then rang the recommended phone number to be told I’d rang the wrong number. Clear instruction would be helpful on the website. Other than that there’s been no problem.
