We hire a lot of specialist test Equipment fromSunbelt Test & Monitoring as well as extensively using the calibration facility.
Both departments are always helpful and will do what ever they can to ensure you get equipment to you on time wither rental or calibration.

Fast response and high quality equipment
Sunbelt's response was so great and rapid. The customer service agents are helpful while dealing with them. The equipment hired are of very high quality. Overall, I'm very happy to deal with Sunbelt rentals.

Do Not Use
I have just lost a job worth 10k because the equipment did not arrive on time. The customer has now found someone else. I was relying on the equipment to arrive last Friday as I paid £44 for “guaranteed” next day delivery.’ The excuse Sunbelt used is the driver had a broken handle and couldn’t drive the van that day. They didn’t ring to inform me and I would not of found out unless I rang them at 16:45 to find out. I had to pay a member of staff to wait on site all day waiting for the delivery, which has cost me more money. All they could say is that they apologise and sorry for the inconvenience. Pathetic. Don’t use this company they will let you down, apologise but let’s be honest couldn’t care less what effect it has on the customer. I have now lost a lot of money because of this company. They are trying to blame the haulage company but they decided to use their services so the fault lies with Sunbelt. Stay well clear and use HSS or A-Plant

Firstly, thank you for leaving us your review and feedback.
We are sincerely sorry that you didn’t receive the item you hired on the day specified. We can only apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you and we will issue you a full refund immediately.
Due to an issue with an external national courier’s vehicle we were unable to deliver your item on the day that was specified. Our team did chase the external courier when we were made aware that there might be an issue. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the issue itself, it became impossible to deliver within the time frame requested as all deliveries were delayed by three hours.
As soon as this became apparent, we tried to organise a Saturday delivery or timed delivery service for Monday but appreciate that in this case that was not suitable, or any consolation given the nature of your work.
We deeply appreciate how important getting your equipment on time is, and again we regret that this situation couldn’t be rectified for that to happen successfully.
We will be in touch to arrange a refund immediately. Thank you for highlighting this issue we take your feedback very seriously.
