I had what I thought were window alignment issues with my Audi TT frameless windows. I went to IRG on a recommendation and they fitted me in within 24hrs to drop the car off for a diagnosis. They confirmed the price beforehand. On inspection, they found that the doors had dropped slightly and they rectified this along with the windows for a perfect finish. They also kept to the original price, so no nasty shocks. Any Audi TT owners with window issues or door drop, I would highly recommend IRG!

Fast friendly staff and an excellent job

Wouldn’t recommend, told me the parts ordered in would take 4-6 weeks and they’ll let me know when they come and would have started it but they didn’t. Women rung me yesterday stuck up. Car went in for a repair, found the staff very friendly and professional. Kept me informed regularly the person who dealt with myself was lauren.
Also the driver who picked the car up and delivered it back was really helpful one nice bloke lol 10/10 great survive 👍.

My Audi Q2 was hit by a stone on the motorway.Damage to the bonnet an grill.My insurance instructed IRG to repair.A few teething problems with communication but rectified by senior management.Got my car back today an happy with IRG.Would recommend.

Very friendly staff who kept us informed at every stage of the repair. The repair was completed to a very high standard and the car looks as good as new. Having a courtesy car while the work was being done allowed us to carry on with life. Would be happy to recommend their services to someone else. Very good service form the IRG team from start to end. My car was involved in a minor accident and my insurance company selected IRG. They were great at communications with the vehicle being collected & dropped off (and it has also been cleaned with was nice).

Only entering a review now because I get upset every time I get to my car.
Poor service from the start. Had to take it the car back because they didn’t replace a damaged seal, after replacing it this was not fitted properly and when I complained they told me I could do it myself.
I didn’t notice it at first but when they repainted the car they didn’t notice the paint was dripping (see the picture) and now part of the paint in the bumper has started coming off.
Honestly avoid at any cost.

Very happy with iRG Cardiff's repair work. The repair time was slightly long but the work done was absolutely brilliant and worth the wait. Felt like I drove off a brand new car today.

I had my car in for repair on the 24/02/2026 and I had I had two cans of body spray stolen from the back seat of my car and they were expensive ones from Christian Dior it's the last time I go there. It was in whittle road Cardiff and the cans of body spray cost £45 each and there is still a smell of oil in the car even today , and the image's are wrong, it's not what you expect from a car repair dealer and I don't have the receipts required for you and there is no sight of the two cans of body spray not even the lynx body spray you mentioned in your reply to my review the car still smells of oil and WD 40 even though it's been a few days now also I phoned them up and they said they would call me back but they didn't get back to me which is no surprise to me

I brought my Passat in a week ago and received notification yesterday that the work was completed. The results are outstanding; the vehicle now appears brand new. I particularly appreciate the consistent communication throughout the process and the complimentary valet service provided before collection. This was an excellent and highly professional service.

So impressed how quick my claim was dealt with and my car was collected ready for repair.

Had my Land Rover discovery fixed here due to an accident on the motorway, extremely high grade repairs, fantastic customer service and after care. Would highly recommend.
