I absolutely love Inspriations Wholesale, especially their garden and Christmas ranges. They have some fantastic bargains and if I’m looking for something I’ll usually go and visit.
However, during my last visit, I was really disappointed by the service. I travel a long distance to shop here and had only just arrived when staff started rushing us toward the tills at 4:40 PM even though the store doesn't close until 5:00 PM. Because of this, I didn't get enough time to have a proper look around and missed out on doing my usual shopping. I love the items here, but I hope management can ensure customers are allowed to shop fully until the actual closing time or at least call people to the tills 5-10 minutes before closing.

Make it a point to frequent the warehouse often to enjoy the fantastic variety and impressive displays available all year. The themed exhibits during Easter, Halloween, and Christmas are particularly impressive, showcasing the team's evident hard work and dedication. The staff is consistently welcoming and easy to approach. With my daughter's wedding approaching, I plan to visit much more often since they have an exceptional flower arranging team that creates stunning displays. Additionally, there's a delightful café where you can relax with a coffee and a snack during your shopping trip.

Inspirations is one of my fave shops all year round. Their christmas decor and displays are just out of this world and the spring/summer collection is just as good. We bought garden furniture off them last year and could not fault the service. Dave was nothing short of a saint, we had a few teething problems and they were just incredible, in the end they sent someone to our house to build it for us, nothing was too much trouble. Its the nicest garden furniture weve ever had and the fire pit is just such a luxury when it gets a bit chilly late evening. Excellent value for money, quality products and brilliant customer service all year round. If you've not been go, its a treasure trove of loveliness and well worth a visit!

My favourite shop! Bought Christmas decorations recently, the shop was busy but was served quickly, lots of staff on till and really helpful. I had bought glass baubles, and all all wrapped up or in boxes!

Inspirations is one of my go to shops, particularly at Christmas time, but throughout the year they stock the most gorgeous home accessories, gifts and greeting cards.
They also stock a huge range of faux flowers and floristry items.
Their Christmas stock is unrivalled, with inspirational displays and ideas everywhere, it's a Christmas wonderland.
Prices are reasonable and cheaper than other local stores stocking similar.
Free parking is available on site and there is a lovely cafe too.
Toilet facilities are available at the entrance.
Don't forget to bring a pound for the trolley!

Visited inspiration wholesale on many occasions. They stock some unique items that you won’t find anywhere else. Their range of flowers is out of this world. My favourite place to go.

We visit the warehouse rather frequently to have a nose around and get ideas and products for our home. Most recently I attended one of the Christmas open nights and was blown away by the time and effort that was put into everything!
Already planning my next trip. 10/10 recommend.

I contacted Inspirations Wholesale on 18 October after seeing a mantel garland on a social media account that they themselves had supplied. I spoke with Jason and he immediately knew the exact look I was after (simple foliage + red berries + warm micro LED lights). He was friendly and said a colleague would make up a sample and send photos.

After that, the service dropped right off.

I was passed to another member of staff and sent a photo of what I wanted. When I called to clarify further, the call felt rushed and it was difficult to explain the brief properly. Instead of sending me a photo of the made-up garland I’d asked for several times, I was sent links to individual products and then a picture of just berry stems — not the full arrangement I’d described. I was also told a florist would put something together “by the end of the week”; that didn’t happen. When I had to call again I was told noone was available.

What really disappointed and upset me was being accidentally forwarded an internal email that said I was “the customer Jay was on the phone to for ages.” That’s an unprofessional way to talk about a customer who is simply trying to spend money with you and is only asking for clarity because the order kept drifting away from what was originally agreed.

Because of that, I emailed Jason directly to get it back on track. He was copied into at least two emails. As of 1 November I haven’t had any holding reply from him — not even “seen this, will come back to you” — so I have decided not to proceed.

This was a very simple order: copy the garland you sold to another customer, make it up, send a photo, take payment. Instead, I was the one doing the chasing. That’s the wrong way round.

Summary:
• Good initial call with Jason.
• Then slow responses and a rushed follow-up call.
• Sent the wrong thing (berries only, not the made-up garland).
• Internal comment about me being “the customer on the phone for ages” — unnecessary and quite rude.
• Manager didn’t acknowledge any follow-up emails.
• I shopped elsewhere.

I’m leaving this review so future customers know that the products may look lovely online, but the follow-through and attitude behind the scenes can be very disappointing. If you’re local and can visit in person to choose from what’s already in store, you may have a better experience — my issue was with remote/bespoke ordering and the lack of follow-up.

I made a order which I made mistake with .and ordered too many of a item. I contacted them. Lady called Claire was more than helpful. She went above and beyond to sort out my mistake..
I fully recommend this company ..I will 100% use this company again.

Over the years I have brought lots of Christmas baubles from this company . There is always such a good variety of baubles , they are excellent quality and the prices are so reasonable for everyone’s needs . They are an excellent company with excellent services , please carry on doing what you are doing thank you.

I had originally ordered some hire flowers from elsewhere, and while the taster pack was beautiful, the actual flowers that arrived five days before my wedding were definitely not. I had a bit of a panic and went into Inspirations with my mum on Thursday morning (my wedding was on the Sunday), trying to figure out a last-minute solution for some aisle markers.

Thankfully, Kerri was in store and she was absolutely amazing. We went back that afternoon with photos of my bouquet, and she worked her magic – creating eight beautiful aisle markers that matched the style and colours of my dried flower bouquet perfectly. She had them all ready for me by Friday at 4pm, and they looked gorgeous on the day.

Kerri was so helpful, calm, and lovely to deal with at such a stressful moment. If you're looking for artificial bouquets or anything wedding-related, Inspirations is 100% the place to go!

I'm so sad that I won't be returning to inspirations, bought xmas lights 2 years ago so got 2 xmas out of them so 4 weeks and plugged them in don't work paid £36 for them i don't have alot of money and now have a xmas tree with no lights this year ,,they were apologetic but said nothing we can do for you
