On Friday 10th Apr., we had no internet connection. Tried various tests like resetting the router etc. but to no positive effect. Phoned Inspire and was answered at once. Described the situation and was told they would investigate and call us back A shore time later we were told that Openreach were working on the lines and it was affecting our area. Not the fault of Inspire. It was hoped to be completed in a few hours. Next day we still had no connection but in a phone call from Inspire we were told that Openreach wouldn’t but sending updates as it was the weekend but it was hoped connection would be made later that day. It was. Inspire did all that was possible to keep us informed in a situation not of their making..

My wife and I have been with Inspire for about 10 years now. A wise choice after my last provider, if we ever had a problem we could never get hold of anyone to talk to.
Also left on the phone for ages waiting for someone to answer (very frustrating).
Usually inspire answer the phone very quickly, also I have got to know staff Megan, Ryan and Ollie by voice ten out of ten for helpfullness and friendliness. This is worth an awful lot to me and other companys would do well to take a lesson from it.

They always answer the phone speedily. You speak to a real person who is courteous and friendly and manages to reassure. They are the best.

I have found this company very good, they have answered all my questions. They try to do the work as soon as possible. I would say they are a good telecom company and they keep you informed about what is happening.

They are always fast at answering the phone , they are knowledgeable & don't mind me asking stupid questions, I found that people were calling me but the mobile didn't ring or register a missed call, I was told to turn it off and reboot it , they phoned back to check it had worked, it did.
Not everyone understands tech, thank goodness they don't mind explaining things in simple English, they are always polite, if that person doesn't have the answer they get help and phone back rather than guess, most of all they don't make you feel stupid because things that turn out to have a simple correction seem to be to me very tricky, so I check with them first, they are always helpful, many thanks, my mobile is behaving itself now & I remember to reboot weekly now.
