Had my loft fully boarded by Instaloft. I’m really happy with the results. The work was done to a high standard. Everything was left clean and tidy, and the extra storage space has made a huge difference. Would definitely recommend.

I had my loft fully boarded by Instaloft and overall I am happy with the work done. From the surveyor to the team that did the installation, everyone was professional and friendly.

The only issue I had was regarding two TV aerials in the loft that I wasn’t aware of. When I saw them after the lights were installed, I asked the installer if they could be removed. However, he boarded around them, and after finishing, he mentioned he wasn’t sure what they were. I ended up removing them myself, but now I am left with a hole in one of the boards.

It felt like a bit of a miscommunication between the surveyor, the electrician, and the fitters—a bit of a "not my job" situation. I would advise anyone getting their loft boarded to make sure the area is completely clear of old antennas or cables beforehand to avoid this.

The price was slightly higher than other quotes but I'm happy with the end result. I would definitely recommend this company

I had started to DIY fit insulation in November 2025 and was going to install boards. I then saw an advert online for a raised boarding system by Instaloft so got a quote, the price was not much more than I could have purchased the items myself. I got two other quotes to double check, read reviews and then decided to get Instaloft to do the installation. Great service, job completed in one day and a return visit done to complete light covers which I had missed from the quote. I would definitely recommend them. They did in a day which would have probably taken me two or three.

Happy with our experience from start to finish. From booking the survey, meeting with the surveyor, discussing our options and setting out a plan, then with paying the deposit and scheduling the work. Very well run and organised work carried out quickly and cleanly and left without a spec of dust in their tracks. Very happy with our loft boarding and will recommend to anyone who asks.

Amazing installer who worked with what he could (and was very neat and tidy) but the survey quoted us for some work that couldn't be done on the day and after an initial phone call with customer service where they said they'd look into it nothing was done and the follow up contact has been rude. I can't in good conscience recommend the company with the stress and frustration caused.

Excellent service and installation from Instaloft - I am really pleased with the end result and the options available meant I had a good quality installation at a price affordable to me. The team of fitters and electrician were great lads, friendly, helpful, trustworthy and explained everything. I appreciated being able to view the end result before they left to ensure I was happy with it.

The payment side was a little confusing 10% deposit paid, 80% paid then needed to pay 20% final payment?

They sent someone out to survey the property at no cost before we decided to go ahead with them.
Very thorough explanation of what to expect throughout, including separate checks for asbestos and electrical installs.
Communication throughout was great, including texts and emails about upcoming appointments.
Finally the work carried out was a very high standard and done quickly.
All the employees were polite and efficient.

We had a really good experience with Instaloft from initial contact to end of installation. At the initial appointment our needs were listened to and the design and quote included everything we asked for. Everything was explained and we were happy with the price. Our installation appointment was made there and then to suit us. The installers arrived on time and were polite, friendly, helpful and very tidy. They showed us how to access the ladder and the loft. They only left when we were happy. The electrician arrived before the installers left and he was also polite, friendly and professional explaining when the electricity would be turned off. When he left we had nothing to tidy. Very pleased
