Thank you for your review, I am sorry you are unhappy with your recent encounter with Insurefor.
I am sorry to hear that you have been charged an additional premium to add your grandson. Anything that is added to your quote after the initial price given can alter your premium. I have checked your account and have found that your previous policies for 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 were for 2 travellers only. This is the first policy to include 3 travellers which is why there is an additional premium.
Once again, please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and upset caused.

Reliable and thorough.
I have used this insurance company a few times and only ever had to claim once. I needed a doctor in Hungary who came to the hotel and diagnosed me on the property. The process was easy and I had received the payout within just 2 weeks of supplying the relevant documentation.
