Great price for a good policy
Great price for a good policy. Good communication which was easy to understand. It would have been 5 stars if payment could have been taken immediately rather than by Direct Debit.

could do better
I took out a policy with you for holiday travel through Compare the market.
Compare the market advised me that I had taken out the policy, but you hadn't sent any documentation through to me
I then spent about 15 minutes trying to check if the policy had indeed been taken out
Eventually the member of staff I spoke to found the policy and sent out the documentation by email, bnut I would ahve expected yo to send this oujt automatically, which is why I have only given you two stars

Thank you for your review, I am sorry you are unhappy with your recent encounter with Insurefor.
I am sorry to hear that you never received your documents. I can confirm that these are normally sent automatically soon after the policy is purchased. They can sometimes fall into the junk/spam folder of your emails. I can see that you have spoken with an agent and that they have resent the policy documents to you and you confirmed on the call that you had received them.
Once again, please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience and any frustration caused.

Did not receive my documents straight…
Did not receive my documents straight away but phoned up and was greeted by a wonderful lady who sorted it out immediately. Have not made a claim but service so far is great.

Very easy and straightforward to get the cover we needed and they also came in at the cheapest. I'm staggered at how much holiday insurance has increased so this was a good deal, especially with my husband's medical declaration.
