For context I run a performance intensive and I'm in the industry. I bought an intense primer Ohlins Edition, the bike was 10/10 performance wise and normally I don't really care, but the bike arrived with 2 paint chips from what looked like improper packing. One chip was pretty visible on the chainstay. So again for my personal satisfaction the bike has held up and I'd buy again, but when I expressed that this bike would be featured on a lot of YouTube (I have 46,000 subscribers and millions of views at this point) and if there was a way to just send me some touchup paint I didn't get a reply. Otherwise it'd be 5 stars...and I've heard since the time i bought it they've upped their customer service too so hope I'm being fair.

One other small thing but there was a spacer installed backwards that scraped some paint too. Found it, fixed it myself...with the super slick included tool kit which is a SUPER nice touch.

I've had Intense bikes for a long time. My latest one has had a lot of problems and although they are saying they are going to help me, they are very slow to respond and really aren't answering my questions. Shame, because I love their bikes normally
