I ordered three dresses for a friends Wiccan themed birthday party. I didn't read reviews until after I had ordered and what I read had me super worried! The shipping took a very long time, I think it was almost exactly a month from the date I ordered to the date they were delivered, which is to be expected with them shipping from China, and having to go through extra checks and additional precautions are taken due to Covid. The dresses arrived the day before we were supposed to leave for the trip and aside from having to wash them due to a mildewy smell, I have no complaints. The fit and quality were both awesome. I am 5'2 between 145-150lbs (Bust 36in, Hips 39.5in, waist 30in), I ordered a medium and it's form fitting, but not too tight. I ordered a large for one of my friends and tried that one one too, if you're similar size as me but don't want it to be as snug against your body then I recommend a L, it still gives you really nice shape without showing off those rolls and bumps we'd prefer to hide ;) We did lengthen one of the slits up a bit higher to show a little more leg, but that was just our own preference. I waited over 4 months for my purchased items, countless emails, trying to track my order. ANNA in customer service basically gaslighting me, telling me to wait even though I asked for updated information, only to finally get the tracking info I asked for... 2 weeks after it was sent to the wrong address! So now I'm out almost $200 and no clothing. Because I waited so long, I was ready to pay half price and expedited shipping to replace my order, but their awesome customer service rep told me it's not their problem, so I guess I can just go fk myself. Thanks for NOTHING!!!

They are scammers! I bought 2 items from this shop and they send me just one, I had notified that they send me just one item and they still saying that they send two item, this is not true. They start to ask me the photo of the package after one month that I told to them that was a missing item, I didn’t have more the package because they didn’t ask me for that in the beginning...And the singolar item that I recived is very cheap material and low quality. Not worth the price that I pay for. I’m very upset because they rob cash from people, and I’m very upset because I’m not used to buy clothes on internet, but I had seen the super sales post coronavirus, they playing with this situation. I hope that they gonna spend all the money that they are stolen in medicine. Very orribile people

Do not order anything from this company. they are a scam with utter trash customer service. I ordered a few items back in May and they never arrived. They also neglected to tell me these items were coming from China. I've emailed their customer services no less than 20 times and all they do is tell me to contact the post office. They haven't so much as offered me a discount for my troubles.

I ordered three tops from Interesting Soul. I didn’t realize they’re cheap garments from China. It took eight weeks from order to receiving the items. I sent numerous emails asking where my order was, and requesting that they cancel it. In response I got tracking information showing it being shunted from one port to another in California. When they arrived I found them to be made of cheap synthetic and more like something you could buy on a market stall. And the size large would barely fit a medium. Do not buy from this awful company!!

Stay away from interestingsoul. I ordered 2 sweaters and a pair of pants and, TWO MONTHS later, I finally received them. All were EXTREMELY poor quality. But the pants really took the cake-- they looked NOTHING like the picture on the website and the material was laughable. I emailed them with a description of how the product does not match the picture, and asked them for a return address and instructions. That initiated a back-and-forth email correspondence where they demanded outrageous things, one after the other, like pictures of the product and packaging. In the end, they wrote they could not refund my item.

Garbage. Pure garbage. The same quality of clothing can be found at the Alley in Downtown LA. It's overpriced and low quality. But that is not the worst part. They will not honor their very own return policy, wasted a lot of my time gaslighting me into thinking they would honor their policy when all they did was give me the run around. DO NOT under any circumstances purchase anything from this dumpster fire company.

This site is a joke. I have spent over a week trying to receive an address to return my items and they requested I send pictures which i did and they continue to ask for something that they did not send (some sort of postage sticker on the front packaging?? ) The customer services is appalling and they do not have proper English. They also told me I would have to pay to return my items which I said fine and they still haven't given me any details. I furnished them my order number, confirmation of my order from them and confirmation that all items are in original packaging and not worn via pictures as requested and they still wont give me an address to return my items AVOID AVOID AVOID . complete scam

Do not purchase from these thieve. They blatantly stole work from someone I know and passed it off as their own. DO not buy from them!

This company is a total scam. The quality of the items they send you is not even close to what is shown in their photos. It is a BAIT AND SWITCH. The items you receive are the quality of a cheap children's halloween costume, seriously. See-through cloth, just absolute GARBAGE. DO NOT BUY THEIR STUFF

The clothes are obviously replications of the pictures posted of the items. Extremely cheap polyester material that doesn’t breathe. The clothes’ patterns hardly make sense. I even received a pair of pants where the elastic in the waistband was a smaller size than the waist.
The pair of leg warmers I bought didn’t feature a string laced side, but the one I received did, and they used a cheap off-colored shoelace!!! Laughable.

I feel awful for supporting this lousy business. They should feel terrible for the scam they’re pulling. 0 stars.

I usually do not purchase from random stores and I have learned my lesson!
I NEVER will again! I paid $500 for this trash! Literally read the reviews within hours and requested to cancel the order and to have them refund me immediately. I was emailed every other day for ten days in poor attempts at the english language. May I know reason for returning. Please reconsidering keeping order great prices and discounting. My response was CANCEL AND REFUND IMMEDIATELY! On day 11 I received a message thank you for your order we cannot cancel your items have shipped. Received items a month later. HORRIBLE QUALITY! I asked for a return address, what type of company withholds the return address until you take photos of each item? Done! Then they asked for the packing list! There was no packing list included! SCAM! Don't waste your time attempting to ship the items back as the cost is close to the same as the cost to purchase!

For those who have purchased and have been looking for a way to get your money back because of the quality of the items, don't bother. After several weeks of back and forth (which included all the things people have been describing: gift card offers, evading return address requests, etc.) I was finally able to get a return address out of them:

However, be advised that unless you can prove that the items are damaged or defective (poor quality doesn't count), they will not pay for your return shipping. My local post office calculated the cost of my return at $160. I purchased 4 items for $92. Not worth it. I'm forced to take the loss and discard the items as I see fit.
Overall, my warning is the same as everyone else's: do not purchase anything from this site, you'll only waste your money. Unless your items are truly damaged and/or the cost of your purchase is $300+, it's not worth asking for a return/refund.
I doubt PayPal will refund unless you can build a strong enough case against them. I'm not going to bother.

SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. I would give it less than 1 star if I could. first off. I ordered their product back in April. I researched their site after the fact and thought they might be a scam so I tried to cancel it right away but they claimed it already shipped so they couldnt. I did not recieve it untill July after I had to open a dispute on PayPal and argue with their terrible customer service relentlessly. After i finally recieved the item I realized it looked nothing like the picture on their website. The quality is terrible. Its a cheap knock off. So i tried to return it and return shipping is ridiculously high. And after arguing with 3 different people on their customer service. Jumping through hoops Trying to get any kind of refund they basically just told me to suck it up and if I dont want to pay return shipping i can just give it to a friend. The company is a scam. Their products are fake and they refuse to take responsibility for messing up peoples orders. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM INTERESTING SOUL.

I wish I read the comments. I fell for the scam too. I bought a colorful shawl that elegantly cascades down your back with sleeves and they sent me a completely different product. I waited 5 months too!

Don't be fooled. This is cheap garbage from China. Not linen. Product arrived after more than one month. Tracking app never once worked. The material is cheap cotton polyester blend, it is not linen. Don't waste your money.
Also, below the product it says write your review and then when you do you have to put your email coresponding to your purchase, which I did, and it just keeps saying "sorry only customers who bought this item can write review". Its all scam.

scam. Don't buy anything from them!!!! Not the same material or details. This sweater came and it looks like a bad Halloween costume my mom made in the 60's. Customer service is giving me the run around and refusing to send me the return address. They suggested I give this crappy clothing to a friend or relative instead of sending it back. I don't dislike anyone bad enough to do that. Clearly this is someone's attempt to defraud consumers. Shame on them taking advantage of Quarantine Shopping Impulse Spending Syndrome. FYI, I finally contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. I suggest everyone do that. You will never get the address and they need to have their merchant account closed!

As everyone else on here said the clothes are not organic cotton. They are a horrible synthetic material that’s worse then Halloween costumes. I have gotten the same responses of that they can give me a 5$ gift card (I spent $160). I have been emailing for weeks. They asked for pictures and the packing list. There was no packing list. It’s a scam. DO NOT BUY THIS STUFF!

I spent $130 on this website & asked for a refund after receiving this in the mail. Top picture is from their website, bottom is what I received. I also got a pair of leggings of extremely poor quality that aren’t even the same color I ordered. I haven’t even gotten the rest of my order yet but know I want to return them as soon as I get them. I emailed the company & they have responded a couple times, but offered me a $5 gift card for their website & asked me to give away the clothes to a friend, family member or neighbor. I have asked for the return address twice, (apparently it’s not the address in San Francisco on the package I received) & they won’t give it to me. I will post an update once I receive my refund.

Bought two things, tracking number says my stuff is God knows where at this point. I had to start a refund through PayPal to get my money back after buying bc I had a feeling it was a scam, and I was right! Run.
