Was waiting for delivery a bit longer than expected but can take most of the blame as I missed the delivery, But product Westbury rose a lovely product which will outsell other shots of similar tastes and appearances .

Guaranteed delivery a joke!
Asked and paid for guaranteed next working day delivery. After two queries and three working days I was told "warehouse must have missed order and charge for next day delivery will be repaid". I do not see the point of this guarantee if it is ignored. I eventually got order on the fourth working day after delivery. Staff attitude was totally unacceptable - would be very reluctant to use again.
