This would have been the 4th or 5th summer using the Irrigate unit. It won't start. I have followed every bit of online advice I can find and requested technical support (by ringing, by online contact form). No response.
Don't buy one of these unless you can afford to replace it after 4 years.

I purchase a C24 system around 3 years ago but only used it for one season. Setting it up this year, I found the pump wasn't running so contacted Irrigatia on a Saturday morning.

I was told someone would contact me on Monday, however I received an email on Sunday from George who was so helpful and really knows his stuff. He sent me a new pump but that didn't sort it out, so then he sent a new pcb board for it.

The system is now up and running again, I was amazed that there was no charge for the replacement parts and can't thank Irrigatia and particularly George for sorting the fault out so promptly.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product and thank you for going above and beyond with your customer service.

I recently purchased a C24 irrigation system for my greenhouse from this company. The build quality seems excellent although I have not yet set it up to water the greenhouse just yet. However, during my trial "setting -up" I had a few teething problems and needed some technical assistance. I contacted this company via their on-line form and then waited for assistance. I had a reply within a couple of hours, and this was on a Sunday evening of all times! I was amazed, not only by the speed of reply on a Sunday but also the quality of genuine concern and assistance given to me by George. He was most helpful and filled me with confidence that this is a company with "second to none" excellent customer service and care. A couple of emails later, and a new set of batteries were in the post to me, free of charge. Not only was this ever so generous and re-assuring, but I also feel confident that if this doesn't resolve the teething issue I was experiencing I know that further help and assistance will be on offer. This company has re-affirmed my faith that excellent customer care does exist, it just has to be sought. I have found it in "Irrigatia" and highly recommend this company and their products to others who may be wanting excellent service and products. Thank you guys, especially George for being so helpful.
