1st Christmas is the best Christmas
Easy to personalise the '1st Christmas' book and even managed to download a picture,although a bit more involved! Arrived on time and just what I wanted. Can't wait till my granddaughter and family get to see it.

Beautiful keepsake books
Easy instructions for creating and ordering the book, which arrived within 5 days. It was packaged well, to prevent any damage. Excellent purchase of a good quality book. The price range does seem high, more than I would normally spend on a children’s book but as a special, personalised Christmas gift, the extra cost is worth it.

Highly recommend! There was an error when I placed an order. It was a very time sensitive order and I accidentally did standard shipping. I discovered this error late on a Sunday night. The automated customer service email was not super helpful. I placed a phone call assuming that I would get voicemail but I was connected with Hue. I could not believe that I actually spoke to a person, let alone a person who was so helpful. Check things out on her. SYED called me back multiple times and ultimately got my situation handled perfectly. I could not be more happy and I want to give a special thank you to Hue.
Our dog Chunk passed and our 6 year old is really having a tough time. I was desperate to get this to her for Christmas before we left out of town.
Hue saved the day!!!
