89 days later and no magazines

I placed a subscription for sfx magazine on 20/02/26. As of today 89 days later I have yet to receive any issues of the magazine. I contacted customer services who told me I had opted to receive my first issue in June which is untrue as there was no option to select which issue the subscription started from. It states that the first issue will be sent 6-8 weeks from subscription date. I have cancelled my direct debit so they cannot charge me anymore money. Disappointed I have missed out on several issues of the magazine as I didn’t purchase from a shop incase I received the same issue in the post.

I have been trying to subscribe to the…

I have been trying to subscribe to the Radio times but the transaction does not go through. Twice I have been emailed saying the sale is in my cart. My bank say there is not a problem at their end and I have used my debit card for an EBay purchase with no problem. I cannot find a telephone number to call so very stuck.

Who are you again?

I'm being asked to rate an experience with iSubscribe which presumably relates to a subscription to another service; but I didn't realise until now that they were involved and I have no clue to what this relates. More detail would be nice...

Disappointed

Paid for a subscription on the 7th November 2025 for Match of the Day for my grandson for Christmas, making sure it was over the 4-6 weeks it suggested for delivery. It has not been delivered! Contacted Immediate Media who advised they have no record of this. I have called 5 times to be told they will escalate it, and they ‘hope’ I will get a call back. Still waiting over a week later.
I also emailed iSubsribe who advised that they sent it across and Immediate Media have not downloaded this. I responded to the email and still awaiting a response.

No one wants to take accountability and just apportioning blame on each other and I am left with no Christmas present for my 7 yr grandson.

I have previously used iSubscribe with no issues at all.

Unresolved problem.

I paid for a subscription 6 weeks ago and still have not received any magazines. Customer services keep saying my order was received and has been passed to immediate media, but immediate media insist they have no trace of my order. My money has gone through my credit card but nobody seems to be able to resolve this. Extremely unhappy and very disappointed. Would not buy any more subscriptions through this company.

Very helpful customer service

I wanted to buy a certain magazine subscription as a Christmas gift & naturally didn’t want it to start too soon. I found the procedure a bit confusing so asked for help.
The I subscribe staff who helped me were brilliant & I know my granddaughter is going to be very happy when she finds out her favourite magazine will be dropping through her letterbox.

Sadly they have let me down

Sadly they have let me down.
Given 2 weeks to deliver a time sensitive sport magazine.
It hasn't arrived.
The 'contact us system' is slow and valueless...
Nothing more than we will contact the supplier and 'might' but didn't get back to you.

The magazine that you subscribed to comes out every month and subscribers receive the next new issue. We do advise a lead time when you order.
Your first issue is the May issue which will be posted next week on 17th April.

Have been ordering Vogue Subscription for many years as a gift. Very pleased with Isubscribe. I like that an email is sent asking to confirm details are correct before processing. Highly recommend
