My Account Was Banned After I Gave Them a 1 Star Review. My Money Is Still Stuck
I’ve had problems with this site twice, and on both occasions, customer service was of no help at all. I posted my complaints on Şikayetvar, a Turkish consumer complaint website. This time, they got in touch with me and said, “If you give us 5 stars on Şikayetvar, we’ll sort out your problem.”
I didn’t give them 5 stars. Instead, I gave both complaints a 1-star rating because they had already wasted so much of my time.
After that, they completely banned my account. I can no longer access my balance or carry out any transactions relating to my account. My money is still stuck on the site, and I have no access to it.
I find this completely unacceptable. Stay far away from this site.

A platform that refuses to explain what happened to my money
My experience with ItemSatış has shown me a serious lack of transparency and responsibility.
After a dispute related to a digital product sale, my account was blocked. However, ItemSatış did not only restrict my selling activity — they also blocked access to my existing balance and previously purchased products.
The most disturbing part is not even the account restriction itself. The real problem is that ItemSatış refuses to clearly explain why my balance is unavailable.
I have asked multiple times:
* What exact rule was violated?
* What transaction justifies this action?
* Under which contractual term are my funds being withheld?
Instead of answering these basic questions, I only receive generic replies such as:
“Your account has been banned again, we cannot help you.”
This is not customer support. This is avoiding responsibility.
The customer dispute was already resolved. The buyer received the refund and confirmed that there were no remaining claims. Yet ItemSatış continues to keep my account restricted and refuses to provide a transparent explanation regarding my money.
A company cannot simply hide behind automated responses whenever a customer asks where their balance went. Users deserve clear answers, not silence and unexplained restrictions.
I am sharing this review so other users understand the risks of trusting a platform that can restrict access to both your account and your funds without providing a proper explanation.
ItemSatış should stop avoiding the question and explain exactly what legal and contractual basis they rely on.

DO NOT BUY/SELL ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE!
Following a sale I made through ItemSatış on September 3, 2025, a restriction was placed on my account. To understand the reason for the restriction, I created a support ticket. I was informed that the buyer had reported an issue with the order and that communication with the buyer was required.
As a result, I contacted the buyer in an effort to resolve the issue, and we reached an agreement regarding a refund of 3,000 TL. My understanding was that this agreement would be valid in exchange for the removal of the buyer's review and the resolution of the dispute, and both parties agreed to these terms.
Before making any payment, I repeatedly requested clarification through the support system. However, based on the information provided to me, I understood that the process depended on the buyer accepting the agreement. Therefore, I added funds to my account and approved the payment of 3,000 TL.
After the payment was completed, I was informed that the original sale amount was 6,000 TL and that the full amount would need to be refunded in order for the restriction to be removed. From my perspective, the issue is that this information was not communicated to me clearly before I made the payment.
Had it been clearly stated beforehand that the restriction would only be lifted upon a full refund of the entire amount, I may have evaluated my decision differently.
As if this was not enough, my access to the messaging section of the ItemSatış platform, where I communicate with other users, was also restricted.
For these reasons, I believe that I was provided with incomplete and insufficient information throughout the process. I respectfully request that the matter be reviewed again, that the decision regarding my account be reconsidered, and that a clear explanation be provided regarding how the communication and decision-making process was handled.
The statements in this text reflect only my personal experience and assessment of the events described.

I purchased a Welkin Moon (Genshin Impact) top-up via ItemSatis. I attempted to redeem the provided code by following the instructions on their 'How to Use' page, but the code did not work on the redirected site.
When I contacted live support for assistance, they were unhelpful, which led me to open a formal support ticket. I was informed that tickets take up to two days to be reviewed. This is unacceptable for a digital product; the value of an instant-delivery item is lost if I have to wait days for a resolution.
Furthermore, my experience with your live support team has been extremely disappointing. After my initial inquiry, they started blocking my access to the chat. When I finally managed to reconnect, the representatives abruptly terminated the session as soon as they identified me. I am requesting an immediate resolution to this issue, either by providing a working code or issuing a full refund."

Avoid this platform - "Safe Trade" is a lie!
I purchased a high-value account for 7,883 TL through their 'Safe Trade' system. Shortly after, the seller reclaimed the account. Even though the seller officially ADMITTED to taking it back and I provided all the screenshots, İtemSatış refuses to refund my money.
They claim to be a secure intermediary, but when a scam occurs, they offer zero protection. I even signed a legal 'Assignment of Claims' document as they requested, yet they still keep my money. Do not let their 'low fees' fool you—your money is not safe here. They just stall you with 'we are investigating' for weeks. Avoid at all costs!

Bir kullanıcı olarak, önce tarafların sakin şekilde dinlenmesini beklerdim. Ancak başta iletişim dili oldukça sertti ve kendimi doğrudan suçlanıyormuş gibi hissettim. Bu yaklaşım güven verici değildi.
Sonunda “gerekli işlemler tamamlandı” denilerek konu kapatıldı ama sürecin başındaki tutum daha dengeli ve yapıcı olabilirdi. İnsanlar zaten böyle durumlarda stresli oluyor, ekstra bir baskı hissettirilmemesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.
Daha dikkatli ve daha insani bir iletişim dili olsaydı deneyimim çok daha farklı olabilirdi.

I purchased a digital “world” through…
I purchased a digital “world” through ItemSatış (order no: 7580680).
The seller delivered the product and I had access for only 3–4 hours. After that, my access was completely removed.
When I contacted the game moderators, I was informed that the world had been transferred to another player. I did NOT sell, share, or transfer the world to anyone.
I reported the issue to the platform and provided all available evidence. However:
No proper technical investigation was conducted
My evidence was ignored
Only the seller’s statements were accepted
My request was closed with “we have no responsibility”
This means I paid for a digital product that I can no longer access, yet no refund or solution was provided.
Under consumer protection laws, this clearly qualifies as a defective or undelivered digital service. Despite acting as an intermediary, the platform refuses to take any responsibility.
Since my case was not resolved fairly, I have been forced to escalate the matter through legal and consumer protection channels.
I strongly recommend future buyers to be cautious when purchasing high-value digital goods through this platform.
