I have been watching the tour of Britain on ITV4 all week. I thought the coverage was good until today. The final stage was coming to an end and the commentator then informs the viewer that they will have to switch to itvx to watch the last hour of the race.
So all of us who only have Freeview were not able to watch the finish of an event we have been watching since Tuesday.
Itv have a number of channels and could easily have switched coverage to ITV2 or ITV3. A very poor decision by itv, the only consolation is the fact that itv don't receive any of the money I pay for a TV licence.

You have absolutely ruined the coverage of the Tour of Britain with so many adverts unbelievable for a live event..

I watched the drama "I fought the law" and must complement the writer of this drama as it was a pleasure to watch as this was one of the few dramas that contained no foul language

Can Tom Brady JUST READ THE NEWS without putting in his personal believes and emotions into EVERY news piece he speaks about. His emotion with huffing and puffing and shaking his head at news items is NOT his job. JUST do your JOB and READ….. your beliefs are NOT everyone’s. So annoying.

What a load of crap ITV is becoming. AS if cooking programmes was not enough on Saturdays and Sundays now they are pushed down our throats on Thursdays with cooking in Spain.

Awful patronising programmes hosted by questionable hosts and people being interviewed. Like a club of the same people being recycled from some of the most down market shows on itv channels. Dull tv during the day by people with no personalities . This morning and the Lorraine show in particular.

It has become increasingly evident that there are instances where contestants' choices—especially their decisions not to go for the lower offer—are met with disrespectful remarks. Jen's comments, suggesting that contestants are being proud or sneering at them, come across as unprofessional and undermine the spirit of the game. Contestants make their choices based on their beliefs, values, and morals, and it is crucial that all chasers, including Bradley, respect these decisions.

As long-time viewers of "The Chase," we are disappointed by the attitudes displayed by Jen, Gareth, and occasionally the Beast. Many of my friends and fellow fans share this sentiment and feel that such comments detract from the enjoyment of the game.

We believe that a decent game should foster respect for contestants' choices, allowing them to participate without facing criticism. We hope that you will take this feedback into consideration, as it could enhance the viewing experience for many fans.

ITV 1 really do not deserve the funding they receive.

Yet again the only Saturday & Sunday afternoon & evening shows not repeats are the news.

If it's not James bond it's Harry Potter.

Went Woke & definitely gone broke.

Itv channels like ITV3&4+1 go off air at 6.00pm on my tv. This is frustrating.

The Chase episode transmitted on Tuesday 29th July 2025 was spoilt by the chaser Jenny Ryan, the first contestant got back with £30000 the chaser then decided to offer minus 5000,10000,and 15000 to the reamaining 3 contestants who decided to go for the amounts they earned as they were principled people all 3 went out and the final chase was no contest it would have been better if Jenny had offered more acceptable minus figures as the contestants would probably gone low come on chasers play the game make it worth viewing.
