The process is overly complicated and does not work.

I received the item. Went to the website. The website tells you to create a returns address in order to send it off for a sample. After entering my address 4x on the Website that the qr code refers you to, I gave up trying as it does not work!

Then on the instructions. There is another qr code that links you to the Royal Mail website. This looks like a returns label if you do not want the product?

After all this I called the helpline. That just gives you a dial tone that sounds like it is connecting abroad. No answer!

Why not supply a returns label in the packaging!

Now I have printed a returns label to Royal Mail as that was the only option.

What a waste of time.

Excellent product and lab service! The information provided with pack (petri and leaflets) is very user-friendly and well explained. No need for printer - QR code shown to royal mail post office suffices - and the return of analysis results is pretty efficient, within their timeline. Great communication throughout and very high quality. I would recommend to anyone and will likely repurchase in the future.

On the whole, everything worked as I thought it would. Unfortunately, some of my water values are too high, but I already suspected that.

We purchased a water test kit that promised results in under 7 days. When we did not get the results on time, we contacted the customer service team who were unable to deal with our complaint and claimed that results should be expected 7 days after arriving at their laboratory in Germany. This is clearly not what they advertised on their website. Customer services would not refund so we went out of our way by making contact with their CEO via LinkedIn. He didn’t manage to help all that much. Whilst we have the results (they took over 3 weeks to arrive), we feel cheated and that this company could not care less. I would not recommend this business to anybody.

Good solid service overall. They tested the water as required, their delivery and pickup arrangements were simple and effortless (other companies take note), the lab result was very clear to follow, and their customer support is prompt and sensible. I would completely trust them again for non-urgent work.

They didn't meet their advertised "ten days" turnaround. They took 13 days to process my sample: 7 in the lab, and an unexplained 6 days between postal delivery and the start of lab work.

They had some glitches in their handling of the samples but I think that was a one-off and that's where their good customer service kicked in so I'm okay with it.

Fast delivery and very quick evaluation of our water test. Test results have been well presented. Cheapest provider I discovered.
