I have had a good experience with j5 fashion so far however I think they could be more supportive with returns. They don’t make it simple or easy and only give you 7 days.

Honest review
I have ordered 2 times from J5 Fashion. Mens Clothing & Women's Shoes the quality is good. My customers really loved the items. Dispatch was fast although due COVID-19 and the new Brexit regulations shipping to Belguim was very bad and delayed that's something they couldn't have helped. I appreciate it that the also took they time to contact the logistics company for the avancement of my parcel. I really hope the shipping will get better with time cause I will definitely order again.

Hi Adina
Thanks for reaching out.
We are glad you are happy with your delivery.
Coming on the mix colour packs, the team can only ship the available colours. Unless you have a colour specification request which can be put through in the comment section while placing the order.
I hope the above will help in your future orders.
