Ordered a Truma boiler on 14th July. Was told it may arrive early in the following week. What happened to next day delivery as you state on the website?
So lt was dispatched on the 16th July via fedex. I asked If I could pay for speedier shipping as I had booked a caravan technician to fit the boiler on the 21st and was now worried about the boiler arriving in time. I was told via email by someone at Jacksons its not possible. So. Its meant to arrive on Monday 20th July. Waited in ALL DAY and NO DELIVERY. In fact got text from fedex that they sent it back to Launceston depot!! Without attempting to deliver it! Why?? Could not get any sense out of fedex! Multiple calls, emails on line, live chats, tracking texts etc etc with fedex but useless. Would not let me drive up to the depot myself to pick it up! They then promised to deliver before 9am on the 21st. OK I thought, great. Fitter is coming 9am!
Well that time came amd went. 6 hours later around 3pm it finally arrived! Fitter had to cancel as he had other jobs to do! AND when it was finally delivered it was dumped in a barn! It was supposed to have had a signature on delivery! So. All in all. Very disappointed. Poor timescale of delivery after purchasing 7 days earlier. Now we have to wait 8 weeks! As Fitter cannot come back til September! Very unhappy 🙁

Required a replacement skylight for a motorhome. Jackson's have a good website. Good selection of products. Very competitive pricing for a genuine Dometic Seitz skylight. Next day delivery. Very satisfied with the service from Jacksons.

I am totally disappointed with the service my order was wrong and I have tried 3 times to get this rectified but no one want to take responsibility or help I this is now making me want a refund and return the items

Magic. Put in my order three days later New Fridge Turned up. Absolutely delighted.
There was one small downside. Delivery man would not take away the Euro pallet fridge came on.
Now have the problem of disposal of said pallet.
Fridge is A1.

When purchased canopy on line, saying in stock. Then told it was late coming in, should be with them on the 15th July, several phone calls and emails item no in until end of September. Paid for item on the 10th July. Beware if you are purchasing canopy, check they physically have it in stock. They don’t reply to all emails, even after telephone conversations I still had to chase them. I had money back, but what an experience.
