Good service all round
I was after a specific part for the water pump in my campervan. Jacksons had a number of variations but with photos and good descriptions I was able to purchase the correct one.
The price was competitive and delivery quick.

The technical team were excellent and…
The technical team were excellent and gave me appropriate advice for the caravan fridge I purchased. However, the customer service prior to getting the advice was poor. I waited a long time for my calls to be answered and was subjected to horrendous country and western music while waiting to be connected. I can’t be the only customer who found this irritating. But for this, it would have been a 5 star rating.

I ordered a battery charger one weekend…
I ordered a battery charger one weekend with 48 hour Royal mail tracked delivery. I wanted to charge a battery ready for a trip the following weekend, but it didn't arrive until that following weekend. Poor service and they have lost any future business from me.
