I got the email that JT had the Jordan 6 Rings in stock (at a better price than I found other places) and hopped on that immediately. Check out, follow-up/shipping progress emails, and actual shipping were all quick and easy. 5 stars from me. I’ll be grabbing some tees soon!

Shipped to wrong address
Had the wrong shipping address listed and was told I couldn't change it despite my package still not getting shipped for several days from that point. Was told to work with UPS - they weren't helpful. I had to submit a claim and was told that everything went through and that I would be hearing from JackThreads to either refund or resend. It has been several weeks and I've heard nothing. So basically I just paid for merchandise that I will never get or get refunded for.

Hi Chris! I’m sorry there wasn’t enough time to update your shipping address as your order had been picked up by UPS the same day you reached out. We work quickly on fulfilling all orders as fast as we can so unfortunately we are unable to guarantee order modifications.
Beware of the return policy
I ordered a pair of tennis shoes, and they felt tight even though they were my normal size. I wore them inside the house for a half hour or so to see if they would loosen up, and then returned them. My return was rejected because they said there was dirt on them and the shoes showed wear. They then billed an additional $10 shipping to my credit card to have them sent back to me. I don't believe they ever truly considered accepting the return -- it's simply untrue that they showed wear. I then had an extensive back and forth with their customer service to limit the delivery fee to the disclosed $10 -- the link they sent me to provide payment required an additional $7.95 shipping charge and it took multiple emails for them to remove that extra charge. I was a very loyal customer to the old JackThreads from years ago -- I still wear their suits -- and thought I'd try out the new iteration. Bad decision on my part.

Hi! Sorry to hear about this issue. We have a return policy listed on our website. We accept returns on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached, and shoes must be in shoe boxes) within 30 days of the ship date. The policy is setup because we cannot resell these items. We sent pictures showing the dirt/wear on the shoes to explain our decision. Most retailers won't even send the product back, but we offered to send them back to you. If you have questions you can reach us via chat. I returned items and was still charged the $7. Restocking fee. Even though I bought the same pants in the size I needed before they sold out. Well your policy is I have to wait for you all to receive my return which in turn then I could use the $7. Fee as a store credit. Tell how that makes sense since I bought the exact Same pants to get them sooner then later.
That’s why I will never buy again from your company and I will tell my friends to not buy from your site either
