Unsatisfactory standards of the so call business

I ordered a few things and the company took my money. A few days later they said the card was decline, so I checked to see if the money was back and it wasn't! I then called their customer service line 6!!!!!!! Times I emailed 2 times I even went to the extent of Facebook messaging! No answer!!!! Their customer service is the worst and upsetting. I had to call my bank and tell them my situation, and I was able to get my funds back. Three weeks passed and a representative had the audacity to email me, still not helping me. This company should consider its customer satification if they would like to stay in business. Just sickening!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will add they, they do have nice deals, however, I was unable to get what it is I wanted. Therefore, I gave up!
Just lost 80 dollars. Jack Threads is not a business I'd recommend to my worste enemy

Bought a suit for a wedding

Bought a suit for a wedding. Based my decision on what the model was wearing. He was 6'1 and 172 lbs. I'm 5'10 and 150 lbs. Couldn't even close the pants. Sent multiple emails and still no response. Plus they shipped it a week late. Which wouldn't have been the end up the world BUT they didn't even fit.

IF YOU WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING CONTACT YOUR BANK AND FILE A CLAIM!!!!!!!!!!!! I just wanted to take time out of my day to write this review. To start things off I went on there app to buy a pair shoes the process was easy as any other app but a day later I decided I didn't want them and tried to cancel but they only offer a 30 minute window to cancel online, then I tried contact their customer service and apparently they have a number and email address but no one runs it. I called at least a hundred times and email them at least 20 times even tried twitter and Facebook never got a response to this day. After a few days I got an email that the shoes have shipped so I just gave up and decided to keep them, after a week the shoes were delivered and this is the icing on the cake I opened the to find a USED pair of shoes. I am truly so disgusted with the service these inbreds offer to the public. So save yourself the headache and frustration from dealing with these guys.

Good luck getting ahold someone

I placed my order on March 21st, they said within two days I'd get a tracking number aND it would be delivered March 28th. March 28th came around and still nothing. I contacted them via email. Hours later I got 3 emails. 1st saying one item was sold out and I'm being refunded, 2nd charging me for the items they still had and shipping without my permission, 3rd tracking number. Days have gone by I can't reach them to say i don't want my order anymore. I've called and emailed multiple times. When I reply to the email like it says to with questions or concerns it is sent back as undeliverable. I still haven't been refunded either. I wish I saw these reviews before buying. AVOID THESE FRAUDS!

Jackthreads customer service

I placed an order on the Jackthreads site and the information was there from a previous order, since I had recently moved I updated my billing information but I noticed on the confirmation email that the shipping address still showed my old address. I sent a chat through their page right away (within 30 mins of placing the order) explaining what had happened and included my new address. I waited a day and received no response, so I called; no one answered and I left a message (which according to the outgoing message would be addressed promptly). No one called back, so I sent a text (this is a contact option on the confirmation email); I received an text back stating someone would contact me to address my concern, but no correspondence after that. I checked the next day and the package had shipped already and the destination was still showing my old address. I tried contacting Jackthreads everyday after that through every different contact option listed on their site and no on has answered the phone and no one has responded to any of the other methods of communication. At this point the package has been delivered and all I want is a refund but I doubt this company will make any effort to resolve. I wouldn't recommend anyone use them, this is my second order through the site and the experience has been completely negative. I recommend using Asos instead, they have much better customer service and I've never had any problems reaching someone their.

Company must be going out of business

Just like everyone else, I haven't been able to get in contact with this company. I placed an order for 2 pairs of boots, only received one (a week late) and was still charged the same price. Their online chat doesn't exist, no one answers the phone, and my messages through their email portal haven't been responded to. I've spent a lot of money at this site over the years but I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Customer service does not exist!

Wish I knew about this sooner. I too, am trying to reach customer service to return or exchange a damaged item and has never heard from them since after a couple of emails. Bad customer service. Bout to delete their app and will never order again!

Ordered during their 50% off on Winter items last week...

I paid $248 for my order which supposedly would arrive tomorrow, but today I received an email saying that my order was modified and now my new TOTAL is almost the $500 from the ORIGINAL price. Not only that, I bought some boots at $20-something and now I'm paying $60-something for all three of them! Their phone goes straight to voicemail and/or hangs up, emailed them, but a response is unlikely based on all these negative reviews I'm NOW BARELY reading. I've ordered from them in the past with NO problems at all and now I'm extremely shocked at what is going on. I don't want these things anymore; not for THAT price. This is unacceptable!!! I'm beyond ANGRY right now.

Do not order from them! WORST SERVICE EVER

They discontinued the try on service. They took a month to ship my shirts. They won't answer any emails, texts, or voicemails. I will NEVER order from them again. Something is seriously wrong here. HATE THIS COMPANY.

Worst On-Line Company ever!

UPDATE 2023!!! I wanted to update this review after the person from JackThreads commented below. As recommended, I contacted JackThreads and the customer service rep I spoke to said any business dealings prior to OCT '22 (when they took over) was out of their hands. Nothing they could (or would) do beyond a 20% discount off my next purchase - what a joke!

LET ME CLARIFY - JACKTHREADS PREVIOUSLY KEPT WHAT I BOUGHT FROM THEM & MY MONEY (over $200) - 20% off a future purchase, is an insulting offer! In 2023, most online retailers will give you that just for signing up to their mailing list! JackThreads can and should do more! As it says on their website, "everything is earned." Lets see if you really want to earn my trust!

Jackthreads should offer me a credit towards future purchases, if in fact they were a company operating in good faith, looking to restore business with legacy customers. That's the right offer! Prove to me Jackthreads has changed, NOT risk more of your money with us to see if JackThreads changed.

Per the website, I reached out to the new owner Jason Ross directly and never heard back either...It's more than apparent, there's no desire to repair these broken customer relations. The new owner is no different than the last!

Now stop trying to hijack my negative review to appear to readers as if JackThreads has changed! Your actions will always speak louder than words, so until you're ready to take a loss and pony up to win me back, you're still the same lousy, tired, old JackThreads as before. STEER CLEAR of this company! They're still only after your money through a quick sale!!!

ORIGINAL POST (2017): 'Made my first purchase from Jackthreads, 2 pair of jeans, they came but they were a little too big! No worries I thought, e-chatted with them to find out the return policy for Canada. Easy enough, a Canadian address to return to. Put them in the mail and have never heard from them since! They have my jeans and my money! They're not responding to any of my email inquiries whatsoever! Bunch of thieves! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM!!!!!

Also sorry to hear our offer in 2023 wasn't enough to rectify the situation from a previous ownership group, 6 years ago. We just bought the assets of the company (the name, social accounts, etc.) but we're on completely different systems, so don't have access to old customer records. We're doing our best to satisfy legacy customers who had a bad experience with the previous owners, while being fair. We realize in some cases it may not be enough.

Customer Services DOES NOT EXIST

What has happened with this company?! Used to have such great service and loved the clothes, now the customer services goes straight to voicemail, they don't return the calls and they talk about a chat option that does not exist. I ordered over a month ago and they have taken the money, I have received no shipping confirmation, no order and NO communication. Seems the company has gone spam to me and we want our money back.

I purchased a jacket 2 weeks ago and haven't received any tracking information from this company. At this point you guys have stolen my money since customer service is impossible to reach throughout multiple platforms. (Email phone text twitter) I need my money back asap and to anyone looking to purchase from this website, keep it moving unless you want to order an item and never receive any information.

1 star=ZERO

I ordered a pair of shoes that were never delivered via USPS. Jack Threads sends an email announcing that my tryout has arrived. I respond to let them know it has not. No reply. I wait two days. No shoes. I call to let them know they haven't arrived. Straight to voice mail. No reply. I email to let them know, as well. No reply. I wait two more days. No shoes. Email and call, again. No replies. I email and call again after they let me know my tryout period has ended and I will be charged. No reply. They finally sent an email stating they would submit a credit on my cc within 3-5 business days. It has been 7 business days. Nothing. Worst customer service I have ever experienced in years of online shopping. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely horrible customer service

Like in recent reviews I have read, I have also been a customer for years. I loved using JackThreads. Over the past week, the company has become unreachable through all platforms. Multiple emails have not been replied to, the phone goes to voicemail every time, texts are ignored, and even direct messages on twitter haven't been acknowledged. They also changed their free shipping tryout policy without any warning. If it were two months ago, I would recommend this company to anyone. Now, I feel taken advantage of and not valued as a customer.

So problems yet

I love their clothes, it shipped in 9 days standard shipping which isn't bad at all. Prices are pretty reasonable when they go on clearance, so I usually just get those. I don't know about their program where you try out clothes for free, but It doesn't really appeal to me since I already know my sizes, and I can't speak for their customer service and didn't come across any issues yet. I still have another order pending for a pair of joggers and two pairs of jeans but so far i'm satisfied.

What is going on?

I have orders that they charged me for, I have orders pending for weeks. I have called and no answer. I have emailed and no answer. They were great just a couple of months ago but now they seem to have fallen off this earth. Beware

Horrible.

Paid for expedited shipping and they still haven't shipped out and today was the date of scheduled delivery. Have not responded to emails and have called multiple times and received voicemail every time.
