Excellent communication from furniture fitters. They were very helpful and treated our property with respect. Did an excellent job building up large wardrobe fitment from Bensons. Would definitely use them again.

From the moment I placed my order to the delivery, I’ve been very impressed with Stompa’s customer service. I emailed Kate to ask if my delivery could be delayed, and she responded quickly and arranged it for me, which was a great help. The delivery and assembly person was very kind (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name). He showed me how the pull-out beds work and explained that I could get in touch if I had any problems. My experience with Stompa has been fantastic. The communication has been excellent, and I'm delighted with the high sleeper so far.

Wasn't best pleased to be advised by text that the delivery would be in the morning and having to call on the day to be told it was an afternoon delivery. That being said the guy who delivered and assembled the bunk beds was exemplary - clear communication, polite and considerate, efficient and quiet h very professional. Would certainly use this service again (but might double check delivery slot!).

I do not understand why they put together a damaged kit or did they damage it?
I am left with a bunk beds in such a condition I would not buy secondhand.
I also feel disrespected and hurt.

I am absolutely delighted with the service provided by Jade Home Assembly. The fitter arrived promptly at the agreed time and quietly got on with the job, demonstrating professionalism and efficiency throughout.

He did a sterling job assembling all three pieces of nursery furniture – the cot, wardrobe and chest of drawers with changing facilities. Everything was assembled beautifully, with great attention to detail.

What impressed me equally was how respectful he was of my home. He worked neatly and carefully, ensuring everything was left clean and tidy afterwards.

It was such a pleasure to have someone who takes genuine pride in their work. A fantastic, stress-free experience from start to finish.

On time, efficient, polite, tidy and clean. They're quite organised - you get plenty of notice via SMS and on the day the staff call you an hour or so before they turn up. The wardrobe we bought from John Lewis was built to a high standard, and they took the time to show us what to do if the wardrobe needs adjusting. It was on the hottest day of the year too! Definitely worth the money to save the hassle of delivering and build.
