Charlie was absolutely brilliant. What seems like a very stressful and exhausting experience he made smooth sailing. Great communication. Flying our cat and dog to Canada aside from vet appointments, they took care of everything. It really was stress free, I couldn't recommend more!

Knowledgeable, professional, effective.
Basicly all you need!
Very happy with the service :)

Massive, massive thank you to Rachel and the team at James Cargo services. Our Molly the labradoodle dog moved from the UK to Doha. Rachel made the experience easy, simple and smooth. She was attentive, answered all our questions quickly and guided us every step of the way. Even had a couple changes during the process and they handled it with ease and professionalism. I think John ( ex police dog handler) who picked our dog from northeast was superb, our molly is very anxious dog but he managed her with ease, very kind attentive person.
Price wise very competitive.
Their connection in Doha cleared my dog through customs smoothly and kept me informed through every step.
Special Thank you to Rachel and the whole team at James Cargo. We are very grateful to each of you.

I thought I would be waiting forever for my dog once landing at Heathrow, but time flew by! When I called JCS for an update, it was right then that I got an email that my dog was ready to go. Absolutely amazing and made the process a lot easier.

Very competent and professional people. Charlie made the whole process run very smoothly. Rachel didn't even forget the funnel for our dog King's water supply.
Highl recommended company.

Top service from start to end. Rachel was very patient and attentive to my questions and concerns. I had plenty of them so I appreciate the responsiveness. I contacted many agency and James Cargo gave the best price without compromising quality. Highly recommend them for a peace of mind to transport your pet.

Everything went really well with our dog's travel and despite being his first air travel he looked quite "chilled" on arrival.
Thank you for the J. Cargo team for keeping us up to date and for all the support

Excellent service and clear communication from start to finish. We are hugely grateful to the team for their role in importing our 2 cats into the UK and delivering them to our door. The trip wasn't quite as planned due to a hold up on the export end but JCS immediately responded to what was needed, helped me understand the paperwork that was needed and were genuinely kind to me, and the cats, through the whole process. Would highly recommend.

4 weeks ago my chow chow arrived from Manila … The guys at James cargo where fantastic a completely stress free experience.. Amy and Lisa are true professionals.. who know exactly what they are doing … 10 out of 10

Fantastic communication from the initial quote to the final destination. Quick response and a reassuring communication style kept the family at ease.

Rachel was efficient and had a fantastic understanding of all regulations for the export from Uk.

Linking the team with the import team in the UAE was easy and nothing was too much of a trouble.

A friendly, efficient and above all, a safe process for our dog. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Very smooth process transporting my dog Frankie from Jordan to the UK! Friendly team and very fast at replying to any questions I had. I would definitely use JCS if transporting any pets again. Thank you so much!

These guys were just excellent from first contact through to safe and sound delivery of our cats from UK to Dubai. Special mention for Steve who collected them for being so friendly, helpful, caring and compassionate - going the extra mile for us.

A big thank you to JSC Livestock for their amazing help in relocating my one-year-old Ragdoll from the UK to Taipei. Moving such a long distance with a cat was super stressful, but their clear and friendly communication made it so much easier.

I was really impressed by how comfortable my cat seemed in their custom-built kennel — it was obvious they prioritised her well-being. She arrived safely and is now happily settling in at our hotel.

A special shoutout to Charlie for his constant support and guidance. I’d definitely recommend JSC Livestock to anyone relocating their pets. They truly made the whole experience much smoother!

Massive, massive thank you to Rachel and the team at James Cargo services. Our 2 rescue kitties, Lola & Elliott moved from the UK to Dubai. Rachel made the experience easy, simple and smooth. She was attentive, answered all our questions quickly and guided us every step of the way. Even had a couple changes during the process and they handled it with ease and professionalism. Both kitties arrived safely and happy in their new home.

Special Thank you to Rachel and the whole team at James Cargo. We are very grateful to each of you.

I highly recommend them! Lisa made it all so easy and stress-free. The portal was easy to upload documents. They were always there to answer my questions, were waiting for my dog at the airport and drop her in our home. They kept me updated the whole way through – such a great experience!

Safe, fast, perfect job, thank you 🙏🏻😊

James Cargo Services recently supported the move of my African gray parrot from the US to the UK. They worked seamlessly with the company handling the US side of things, taking over from the moment my parrot landed at Heathrow until she was safely delivered at her new home. Lise was great to work with, very responsive and calm! I'd happily use JCS again and would recommend them without hesitation.

Honestly can’t recommend enough! From start to finish. Efficient caring service with plenty of updates on their journey
My dogs arrived safely and happy ready for their new home
