Fantastic and very competitive pricing. Easy to use site. Delivery was incredibly quick, delivered well before I was expecting. Usually I've shopped at the same couple of big golf sites but JamGolf will now be one of the first places I go to for anything.

Poor delivery times, rude staff. Don't bother with this company. Looks like I'm not the only person to feel this way. Be careful, they probably don't even have the item in stock. AVOID

Great to deal with, driver I ordered was on back order same as all other suppliers, the service and courtesy was second to none delivered as per agreement. Well done will deal again.

What makes all of my experiences with Jamgolf.com great is that they're probably the best golf shop you can use. The staff always go the extra mile and their pricing is great.
I hope they never change as they have everything perfect already.

I’m a 64 year old slicer of this parish. Despite my best efforts, I’ve always had an out to in swing. The driver would stay in the garage at home and I would tee off with a five wood to at least get me in play. Any driver I used would usually end up on the adjacent fairway on my tight, tree lined home course. After yet another frustrating round and a bit of research I decided to splash out on a Cobra King Radspeed XD Driver. Jam Golf were the keenest price and shipping was PDQ. With no practice and the club head literally out of the plastic bag I launched my first two drives straight down a par 5, the balls landing 10 foot apart, in the middle of the fairway. I almost wept. Is every drive super straight? No they are not. I can still have the odd power fade and horror pull, but considerably more drives are in play than they once were. I’m now getting closer in club competitions and playing partners have commented on the improvement. Thanks to Cobra and Jam Golf…..you’ve made a slightly mature gentleman very happy.

Update - Since the original review they have come back to me again and sorted the issue with me and I have ordered my items from them and they delivered within 48 hours all good. Just really glad that they listened and took action which is all I wanted. Given their follow up I would use again.

First time I have ever visited JamGolf and I have to say, credit where credit is due, the irons were £200 cheaper than any other popular Golf retailers. Absolutely amazing service, I ordered a set of Cobra Irons at 1pm on 06/07/23 and they arrived by 12pm on 07/07/23 (Guernsey to Portsmouth) - I was amazed they arrived today, very well packaged and exactly as described, thank you JamGolf. I will most definitely be recommending you to all my golfing friends, Highly recommend..!!

Jamgolf as a whole have been brilliant, fast and accommodating.
I bought my custom Irons from them and have now bought my custom Wedges as they deserve the money way more than other places I have been.

Lars in particular was insanely helpful for me as i had to use a more complicated way of paying but sorted me out within minutes. Legend.

I ordered 3 wedges on 9th of May 2023 and believed I had got a really good deal. Unfortunately I was mistaken. I received an email saying these had been delayed until Monday 22nd of May. When I questioned why and how they were going to correct this I was told 'do you want to cancel the order?' This was unbelievably rude and no apology was given. This day arrived and I asked when I should expect delivery. They then said it will be Wednesday 24th. Again nothing on Wednesday so i sent another polite email I was called on Thursday morning but could not answer due to work. I then received another email saying that they didn't have one of the wedges I had ordered but would I take another one which had been delivered. I asked a question regarding the difference and also wanted a discussion regarding the poor customer service I had experienced. They then responded with they had cancelled my order. I am shocked that a business or this size is operating in this way. Appalling service and I would recommend using another more reputable dealer even if the prices are more expensive.

I ordered my golf clubs last week custom-made to and it come a week later. The service is outstanding, even the irons are very forgiveness. Thanks Jam golf

Bought 3 clubs from them yesterday gotta really good deal on them wasn’t expecting delivery until next week said 3-5 business days but they arrived today so happy with that just in time for my day off work

I ordered a set of Mizuno JPX 921HM irons 5-PW with Recoil ESX 460 F2 senior flex shafts on line on the Tuesday night 17/04/23, got a call from Matt the next morning to say that the irons were out of stock and that there would be a delay in getting me the irons I wanted from Mizuno for at least a month..!, he said if I wanted to wait I could but as an alternative he could offer me a set of Mizuno's latest Modal the JPX 923 Hot Metals fitted with the same Recoil senior shafts as he had them in stock for immediate delivery for a very modest up charge, I immediately excepted his offer and my new Mizuno JPX 923 HM set of irons were delivered to me the very next day.
This is my second time using JAM,Golf but it certainly won't be my last I am delighted with the excellent service I received from them and the professional way they conduct their business, I would have no hesitation in recommending them..

Spoke with Matt who upgraded my purchase with a free next day delivery, and an additional Motocaddy accessory. Product arrived before 11:00am the next day (!), in pristine condition. Excellent service from JamGolf, with a product which is out of stock everywhere else for months and months....

Bought the putter on Sunday night and it was delivered on Tuesday (to London). Truly excellent service and would highly recommend this company. Have dealt with them for years and they are a stellar outfit.

Products are very competitively priced , only site I have found that offers up to 24 months interest free credit, I have ordered a driver,3 wood, putter and set of irons over the last few years and pay them up , if it wasn’t for the 24 month interest free I would never be able to buy new clubs . Items are delivered very quickly. Great site , great products , great prices .
