Had a lovely late lunch at Jane’s pantry today Twigworth Glos, great service byOlivia. Food was well presented and coffee was great. Will definitely visit again.

Sunday brunch. Reduced menu. Reduced to chewy sausages and an egg that I still can’t guess how it was cooked. £9 for a cold sandwich. Stick to sausage rolls and pasties JP

Have 2 shops in Tuffley, staff pleasant but that's it.
Gave up buying any wholemeal bread as when toasted it is too brittle, it's horrible.
Cant get proper coffee any more, only instant.
Today and only because I couldn't get
any Dangerfields bread locally I tried a medium farmhouse white loaf. Use by 5th May. Oh dear at £2.90 I expected it to be fresh, not dry and tasteless. I wonder how it will toast...?
Yesterday I bought a bacon sandwich, not enough tasteless bacon and awful tomato ketchup.
Shops close before you finish work, shut at lunchtime..... this seems pointless and surely missing trade.
Enough is enough I've wasted too much
money on inferior products and prices are sky high. The quality needs to
improve.

£6 pound for egg on toast ?came with two eggs and on piece of toast ? I went there hungry and left hungry there are better places . Will not return

Probably the worst & most expensive sandwich in a long while. My Ist time purchase from Jane's Pantry Hucclecote Glos Don't think I will be returning !

Shared with hubby and both agreed that it was bland Chicken mayo on chewy brown bread
At £4.45 not cheap either

Just called in looking for a Soda bread loaf unsliced & they were all sliced. I queried why they sliced it all. No intelligent answer from the young 'lady' behind the counter. In fact I would call her unsuited to the job. Manners would be useful. I will not bother to call in again.
I know for a fact Janes Pantry throw all unsold stock in a skip. (Wasting it IOW) There would be one less tonight if they hadn't sliced every one of them in the shop.
I've been using this branch of Janes for 15+ years & have left them a happy review in the past. They've gone downhill now.

I recently Used Janes Pantry to cater for a large event. Their pre-event service was very good and Neville was always on hand for advice. On the day, they arrived on time and Neville and Kate were great in setting the food out attractively. The food itself was beautifully fresh and of very high quality. It was extremely tasty. The buffet set menus featured excellent variety and were generously portioned. We will certainly use them again.

I love this place and have had cakes made for birthdays etc. Lovely, friendly, kind, efficient staff and not racist, being as I have been served by several different nationalities there.
The food is high quality and with great choice.
Just love it, the girls and guys can't do enough to please you. The bakery extremely helpful.
Don't ever change.

Racist staff in Kingswalk shop don't understand that they are supposed to comply with the Equalities Act 2007 in the provision of services to ethnic minorities, which includes Irish people. No, you can't mimic their accent & then tell them the shop is closing early when it isn't.

I wouldn't recommend going here if you are Irish because this lot are racists. There is an Irish Centre in Gloucester. It's ultimately dumb to insult your customers.
