I appreciated the constant communication regarding the state of my order.

Great communication, easy ordering process

If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Bought recommended by them DC fans x 3.
One completely dud (electrician realised once fitted). Contacted them. Filled in warranty form although brand new! Told contractor would be in contact. No more communication. Contacted four more times over WEEKS being stuck with a fan that is completely faulty and not working. STILL waiting for details from them regarding contact from the contractor to come access the faulty fan.
Haven’t even used the fan
Second fan is now also making a knocking noise.
Good customer service when they are selling.
Once sold the customer service is completely different, totally complacent and not helpful at all…
Would NOT RECOMMEND this company AT ALL due to extremely poor post sale service.
Will stick to “Lighting illusions” or online fanshop.com.aut

We ordered these on-line. Took 6 weeks for delivery. One of two units had a manufacturing fault, had to be replaced. JD engaged a contract electrician to change replacement. But they could not be available for 14 days. Not satisfactory in the middle of a heat wave in Queensland. Used my loud voice, and JD found another person to install in one day. Happy result.

Complete jokes to deal with a month & a half & still don't have my order. I'll never deal with these guys, never again. Stay clear.

Even though you could not supply the fan immediately you kept me updated with delivery times

Unfortunately I would not purchase from JD Lighting again due to very unreliable service. I purchased a lamp that was listed as "available" but even after chasing them it took 8 weeks to arrive. Not acceptable.

Ordered fans that were supposedly in stock - arrived nearly 4 weeks later. No communication there would be delays. I had to follow up on delivery timelines twice.

Item description on site was different to what I received. Won't reply to any of me emails.
I can return items but at my own cost then they also take another 20% from me???? Rediculous!

Lovely lights, just pity one piece of glass on one light is cracked....
