Resposta da The Jersey Beauty Company
Hello Viktoriia, I'm sorry to hear of your recent experience. I understand how frustrating this situation must be for you, and I can assure you that our courier and warehouse team work hard to ensure orders are despatched and delivered on time and correctly, and I'm sorry that on this occasion this hasn't been the case. This has been raised with the relevant team to investigate further. I have taken a look and can see that our customer service team are working to get this resolved and ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. Kind regards, Jersey Beauty
