I ordered custom earrings for my wedding from Jewellry Blossom, and apparently my earrings were stolen – so they took the iniative to create and send me earrings that were not as advertised or as requested.

Instead of gold plated earrings, they were a silver unknown metal. The custom instructions were ignored. They did not offer a refund, and when pressed, they did offer one but I would have to pay the shipping label.

I paid about €30 for this item. After receiving it, I searched the design online and found a listing on Temu for around €2 that looks the same in visible details (shape, pattern, proportions, and photos). I can’t verify the supplier, but based on what I can compare, the value does not match the price. Material origin and quality details (e.g., plating thickness, metal type, certifications) were not clearly provided, which makes the premium pricing hard to justify. I wouldn’t purchase again. Can not get a refund. I think it is a scam who is selling cheap chinese products

Very low quality, I did not order but found a page with reviews somewhere deep in the internet which was not too good. The same items are to be found on different companies for literally €30 cheaper which means it is a scam.
