Impressive customer service
Although I’ve only just created my jj account and only proceeded with one order, this one staff member really stood out, i believe his name was Robert, I've seen some great leadership skills from him, really showed the customer service, and brand loyalty.

Variety of products in stock!
We have recently shifted our stock supplies back to JJ as their staff only in the warehouse concept (similar to Argos) keeps the products safe and undamaged from curious customers. Well done to JJ Sidcup Branch for keeping a large variety of products in stock.

Great Company
Been going for years and have built a solid working relationship at the Manchester branch. Deliveries are on time, any damages are quickly refunded and I feel like they care about me and my business which makes things feel more straightforward. Sometimes there are stock issues but they are quick to resolve them. 10/10.

I've been a loyal customer of JJ Company for the past 18 years, and I can confidently say that the service I've received over the last three months has been the absolute best I've ever experienced with them. The sales representative Miss NESLIHAN I've been dealing with is truly outstanding — she is extremely professional, polite, and humble.
No matter the issue, she addresses it immediately, even going above and beyond by checking in on her days off to ensure everything is running smoothly. She always makes sure the orders are received in good condition and on time. The quality of the food has been excellent, and she consistently follows up to ask how everything was — showing genuine care about customer satisfaction.

JJ is one of the best
Normally, i don't write any comment , but I did read some of reviews here that full of nonsenses. So, i wanted to write something.
That company serving 10000s customers everyday overall , and only 1-2 people had issue which left 99.99 % of customers happy. I am the one of the happy one too. Very friendly staff, and very fast service. Drivers are amazing, same as warehouse staff for collection too. I had product problems as well that company shorting out very quickly any problem. I know many staff at my local branch in Manchester and short out any problem in a second if i have any. So far almost no any problem, and everything is perfect. So well deserve 5 stars. Well done everyone!
