This is a scam ordered a transmission adapter paid un full then they Nicole castro from email adriana hernandez wanted another $23.00 to ship my 8l90 adapter as they are supposed to be the distribution center. And claimed they order from it. So need more money. Fraud scam alert ⚠️ 📢 do not buy from them it is a scam a real company advertising a product will send you the product at the price they are advertising at not ask for more money after you purchase it.

It was equipment that was on backorder, but we went ahead and ordered and Katherine at JMC kept us informed of the progress, even giving us reports of the factory's progress on our order. Hard to find excellence in service and customer care

Did not receive what I ordered: I have 3 split dies from ESCO SKU 30125 and NOT WHAT I ordered SKU: Esco 30120 Rethread Kit, Save-A-Stud Plus (9 Piece Set)

I did not like shipping charges and then how long it took to get them here. Would think USPS could have shipped it faster maybe and for less shipping charges.

One month before product got shipped, after telling me the product was in stock. It was supposed to ship within a week. Very disappointed with the shipping time.

Our ministry is building a auto repair facility to help people who cannot afford to get their vehicle fixed. The 2-post lift I selected was sold by a lot of different sellers including Home Depot but JMC offered one of the lowest prices and had good customer reviews. Nicole was my contact for shipping and any other issues. The lift was delivered on the day promised. There was a quality issue with one of the arms but Nicole contacted the manufacturer immediately. And followed up with me several times to make sure the manufacturer had contacted me. The replacement arm was shipped right away and delivered the next day. It was a relief to have a customer contact I could trust.

Carlos has a high customer service vision. Very proactive and answer fast to customer questions. That's is very good.

I ordered an item that was not going to Shipp right away. I was contacted about the delay. Which was fine. I was notified when item did finally ship. Item showed up in great condition. Will buy from again
